The gentlemen that came explained what they were going to do and the results were exactly what they said! I highly recommend Smart Wash and am letting all my neighbors who have black streaks and/or mold to use them.

The folks at Smart Wash were extremely responsive, not only to our initial inquiry for a quote but throughout the entire process. They were sensitive to our need for a quick job because we are in the process of selling our home. Smart Wash was able to accommodate that timing. The finished product was excellent. Not only was John a customer friendly service provider he answered all of my many questions honestly and explained all parts of the cleaning process. His 2 associates that actually came to clean my roof and 2 level deck with extensive stairs were meticulous in preparing the surfaces to be cleaned and very detail oriented in the actual application and rinsing of their cleaning solution. They didn't have to move any of my potted plants and did a fantastic job of returning any items I left on the deck that I should have removed. Their extra efforts and the results I saw were above all expectations. I highly recommend this 5 star organization to anyone needing their services. They are priced right and deliver service above and beyond all expectaions.

My wife and I just purchased a new home. Upon that we knew we wanted to get our roof cleaned to increase the curb appeal. Very impressed with everything about Smart Wash. I had them out to clean our siding and our flagstone patio -- they were quick and efficient and did an outstanding job for a competitive price. I also appreciated the owner keeping me informed about when our cleaning would take place, given the variables of weather and their busy schedule. (They're busy because they're good!) The online invoice/payment option after the cleaning was also very convenient. I will definitely use Smart Wash again!

I scheduled an appointment with Smart Wash to clean my roof, siding, and walkways. Technicians arrived promptly as promised. They were careful around my freshly planted flowers and removed my window flower boxes prior to starting. They were thorough and did an amazing job removing the stains from the roof, siding and walkways. After one cleaning, the exterior of my house looked years newer. An added bonus was all my widows got a thorough cleaning as well. It was definitely money well spent and I would highly recommend their services.

They are wonderful and know how to do the job. My house looks fantastic. Old white stuff from the old shingles onto my brick. This company was the only one that could remove the old white stuff.

Excellent results. My house had not been cleaned on the outside in 5 years. The attention to detail was excellent. My hardiplank, stone patios, porches, columns, ceilings and even the fans were cleaned spotlessly. They were careful of my lawn, plantings as well as kept the work area clean throughout the job. The flyer left on my driveway intrigued me as we have had dark streaks on our roof for many years. Jon came to our home and provided a quote with a very detailed explanation of their process for soft cleaning the roof and removing the streaks as well as services for gutter brightening and power washing our siding. An appointment was scheduled and his team arrived on time (early even) and our roof, gutters and siding look as good as he promised! Our next door neighbor was so impressed, they immediately asked Smart Wash to clean their roof as well.

Overall very pleased with the results of your work. Particularly the front Mansard roof was very stained and blackened, it now looks new. In fact all of our roofs look new now.
