My experience with the Smiles for Life Dental practice was life changing. The professional , personable , caring staff did an incredible job of guiding me thru the multiple stages of the procedures. Dr. Juracka’s staff genuinely cared about your questions and beginning with Diana, the office manager, their focus is on you the patient as their priority . Once you are in the chair, the professionalism continues with Farah , Dr. Juracka’s Hygienist , who is polite, easy to talk to and full of all the information you need to go thru the procedures. The information she provided was particularly useful when you left the office for home. Dr. Juracka skill set is amazing. He has the charm of a small town dentist and the professional ability to solve difficult problems with incredible results. The most important aspect of Dr. Juracka’s practice is the ultimate trust you have in their ability to take care of you personally, along with changing your dental health and transforming your smile.

I am very happy about the dental care I am receiving at Smiles for Life! The team is so attentive to the quality of care, giving clear expectations of the intended procedure ahead of actually doing it, and then explaining each step along the way. The office is attractively appointed, the treatment chair chair is comfortable and they check in throughout the procedure inquiring if I'm okay. They are very covid compliant as well. After my dental work Dr. Juracka called me at home to check on me, a nice gesture. I don't live close to the office, but they are worth the drive! 5 Stars for all phases of this dental practice.

I found this group by looking for real pain free dental care. This was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. I experienced zero pain and zero fear. These people are so very kind, considerate and patient that now that they have finished perfect work on my teeth, I will actually miss them. I am beyond happy and would recommend them to everyone! First of all, let me start by saying that this review site only allowed me the max of 5 stars,there are not enough stars in the sky to rate my review for Dr. Johnson and his staff. I had know idea that 8 months ago I would be feeling the way I do about this amazing office, I am truly blessed that my daughter helped me in finding this practice. I speak from my heart when I say Dr. Johnson is truly gifted in what he does. He is not your typical dentist. He is an artist, you don't learn his expertise in school, like I said he is truly gifted. His assistant Farrah is the BEST! They make an incredible team. Thank you for taking such good care of me. Oh, I might add,they play good music too! If you are reading this review I hope I have helped you in making your decision.

I recently had a wonderful experience getting veneers for my teeth at Smiles for Life Dental Care. Dr. Johnson and team were fantastic; professional and expert in every way! The entire process was completed in record time, with absolutely no issues or discomfort. And the results are amazing!! My teeth and smile have been greatly enhanced, and I believe that Dr. Johnson was as happy as I am at the results. My wife Kathy is an elderly special needs patient who needed significant dental intervention after a period of neglect. Dr. Johnson and his caring staff took special pains to explain to both Kathy and me the procedures required and how they would be accomplished. The course of treatment prescribed, although not inexpensive, was what needed to be done for Kathy. The necessary procedures were performed seamlessly and with special attention to Kathy’s needs. Dr. Johnson and his staff are wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. Dr. Johnson did an amazing job on my veneers and he was able to take me last minute. Update: Since my initial review about seven months ago a lot has happened. Dr. Johnson gave me a beautiful smile. I kissed a lot of frogs before finding this guy! He is a master at what he does, but also extremely compassionate. I have a fear of all dentistry, but I never felt that extreme fear here. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for a dentist, give this office a try. I have never been so happy with my smile.

Do not hesitate to entrust your dental needs to Dr. Johnson and his staff! I received the most modern, COMPREHENSIVE exam and clear evaluation ever in my dental experience. The level of intelligence, commitment, and detail given by Dr. Johnson and his assistant was amazing. They listen and then apply their knowledge in the most professional and yet personal manner. I felt totally at ease under their care. The office manager is so personable, informed, gracious and helpful. The office is easily accessible, immaculate, comfortable. I feel so fortunate to know that Dr. Johnson, Angie, and Farrah will protect MY smile in the years to come.

From the initial greeting to check-out, all is gracious and professional at Smiles for Life Dental Care. This well-appointed and efficient office is complete with the newest technology, while imparting a zen-like feeling of comfort. I was made to feel at home on my first visit. Dr. Johnson seems extremely knowledgeable and I like his more holistic approach, which is refreshing. I appreciate that he conducted such a thorough first evaluation/review, some of which was new to me. Let me start off with letting Dr. Johnson and his staff know what a pleasure it was coming to your office. I needed extensive dental work and Dr. Johnson took the time and explained all my options. Best option was implants. I started procedure in April 2017 and finished September 2018. Dr. Johnson is a perfectionist along with his staff. I was in the office from April 2017 to Sept. 2018 once A month and sometimes twice a month. End result is I can't stop smiling. I cannot thank Dr. Johnson and his staff for putting that smile back on my face.

I just had the 5 in 1 implantable dentures done by Dr. Johnson. The entire experience was preformed professionally and with personal care. The office staff worked with me and were flexible with my schedule. the Hygienist was very caring and professional and very friendly. Dr. Johnson was great. To say he is pleasant and professional is a understatement. He listened to my concerns and took them seriously. He kept fitting and refitting my teeth until everything was exactly the perfect. Even when I was willing to accept 99% he insisted on 100%. Now that I see the amount of professional and technical skill and labor that when into creating my teeth, include the lab tech and his assistant who travels from Rhode Island and spent 6 hr in the office with me and then drove home. The cost was VERY fair and reasonable. The final product is a set of teeth which will last the rest of my life. Excellent,excellent job, I am totally happy.
