I had a very pleasant experience during my preventative care/Summer cleaning visit. I appreciate the hygienist taking extra time to remove plaque the old fashioned way. The technology of being able to see the x-rays and camera shots in the moment is really impressive. The front office staff are friendly and the whole team works together to make it a very efficient office. I'm all "Smiles" about my experience today.

I love going to the dentist...from the staff at the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor...everyone is so pleasant and helpful. And the care for my dental health is superb. My teeth are in excellent condition due to the care received on my quarterly visits.

I've been going to Smiles of Memorial for as long as I can remember, and with good reason. Everyone there is so attentive and intent on delivering the greatest customer service they can. My most recent trip was no exception. I was getting fillings done, and while the first two went without a hitch, with the bonus of almost zero discomfort, the second two were a lot more difficult. A cavity had gotten much worse, and they had to cut away a lot decay, leaving a massive hole between two teeth. I got a peek at the picture when we'd taken a break, and almost didn't recognize that it was mine! By the end of it Dr. Dernick had shaped and polished the hole so well I thought it looked better than before. Thanks so much to everyone there, you guys are great!

We are always warmly greeted by Dr. Dernick and staff. They treat us as family. Our visits are always comfortable and Dr. Dernick and the hygienists are friendly and do excellent gentle work. I am very happy with my new crown by Dr. Dernick. I plan to have some cosmetic dentistry performed soon.

I brought my daughter to see Dr. Dernick because I needed a second opinion about her oral treatment plan. Her case is complicated and although extensive work has already been done for her, extensive work remains. I was upfront with Dr. Dernick and told him I was very happy with our current dentist and had mostly sought his consultation because I needed reassurance. Dr. Dernick was wonderful. Not only did he agree to evaluate my daughter's condition, he was complimentary of the work our dentist had already done. He was gracious, caring, patient and I can't recommend him highly enough. His staff was just as pleasant and helpful. I remain quite satisfied with my own dentist, but now I am quite happy with two dentists. I would direct anyone to Smiles of Memorial without any reservation at all.

Really really happy with the treatment and care of Dr. Dernick and his staff. Our family have been treated previously by Dr Incrapera and when he retired we chose to stay with Dr Dernick even though it is a thirty minute drive. I have not been disappointed with his professionalism, personal touch and treatment. He and his staff are the reason I have a smile I am very proud to show. Thank Dr. Dernick and team.

This is a great group of folks. They have a variety of options for teeth cleaning and perform that activity as nicely as it can be done. Very friendly and very thorough. Front office staff is EXTREMELY helpful. They have watched my insurance carefully and they work well with me on scheduling. I had a sore tooth for a couple of years that my old dentist could not diagnose. Dr. Dernick diagnosed it, recommended an implant; that was done, and he installed the new 'tooth' a couple of months ago. It's perfect. No more pain! Costs were about what should be expected, as far as I can tell. I plan to continue visiting them as my regular provider.

Professional, Congenial, efficient and knowledgeable, these are some of the most salient adjectives that come to mind after my experience at Dr. Derricks office today. Morgan was my Hygienist today. She had all of the above attributes and I believe it starts at the top- with Dr Derrick. I would recommend his practice to friends. Additionally, the office is appointed nicely and the staff at the reception desk are warm and welcoming. I had a terrific and stress free experience today. Thank you!!
