Recently my girlfriends and I spend "a girls weekend" at the Black Bart house. Pure luxury and first class amenities! The house is huge, extremely comfortable, and very well appointed with everything you'd want for a get away. The meadow view from the windows and deck are wonderfully peaceful and serene. Pure Tahoe! There was a crowd of us and we all loved our experience. Very impressive, a real jewel!

Spectacular large home with great amenities, including hot tub, pool table, lots of space and tranquil alpine setting. Large kitchen and gathering area with all that you need to prepare a nice meal. I especially liked having hot water instantly from the faucets; no waiting for it to run forever. I would definitely stay here again.

I, and 5 of my best girlfriends, just spent a fabulous weekend at the Black Bart house in South Lake Tahoe. We all felt at home and comfortable in the huge, exquisite and perfectly-maintained house. The kitchen is gorgeous and well appointed. All you need to bring is food and drink because the kitchen has plenty of everything needed to prepare, cook and serve great meals. We loved the scenic view from deck and bedrooms…the impressive mountains, the lovely meadow, the meandering creek, the tall pines…what a stunning location! A soak in the roomy, luxurious hot tub under the stars is a marvelous treat. This house is the perfect place for big, memorable get-togethers. Loved it!

HUGE house, we were expecting a large place, but it was even bigger than what we originally had anticipated. We went as a company offsite in late summer - it was beautiful and exactly what we needed. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you could ask for. There are plenty of bathrooms and all the furniture is high quality and attractive. Since we had a large group, we were concerned about noise to the neighbors, so when we arrived we stopped by and talked to them - they were wonderful and kind people. All in all, a great experience, I highly recommend this rental if you're going to Tahoe!

My family (2 kids and grandma) stayed at the inner sunset house. It is a beautiful, well kept old SF home. Great location, away from the crowds but easy to get to all tourist attractions. Lovely view from kitchen window. Within walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and a corner market. A Starbucks around the corner! Little noisy because of Muni but its easy to get use to and convenient!

We rented the house for a bachelor party, and thought it was perfect. Lots of rooms and beds for everyone to sleep in, great games and space for hanging out, and easily accessible to all that Tahoe has to offer.

My experience with the Black Bart House was amazing. Danielle was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made sure everything was very smooth. She was easy to contact, and answered all my concerns and questions clearly. The house itself was beautiful. There is ample room for anything you want to do. Everything is pretty much set up for me to have a comfortable stay. I will definitely come back here in the future. -Lawrence

If you enjoy a nice family atmosphere but like a significant step up from the average Lake Tahoe rental home then this is the place. The huge kitchen and great room is where we spent all our time. A chef's kitchen and a very large dinning area and table is a great place to start and end each day. All my guest were very impressed and comfortable. Having a beer in the hot tub after a long day of skiing set the mood for a very relaxed evening. About the only thing would be nice for me is to have TV in the bedrooms. Or at least a couple of the bedrooms. Other than that the home was perfect for a large party. We had five couples and had plenty of space.
