1/3/25 - Wow - amazing experience!! It has been 20+ years since I have had a cleaning etc. due to fear of dentists, needles, hospitals etc. Due to a upper #14 tooth - sore nerve caused by a cavity that was getting painful due to an infection, I wanted a holistic dentist to deal with this issue. I found Dr. Steven Haywood`s office in Timonium and I am very glad I did. Dr. Haywood was able to save my tooth by capping it and treat it holistically to eliminate any infection etc. During that procedure, he found one other small cavity, treated it and he also performed a cleaning. Dr. Haywood is very knowledgeable & explained his advantages over regular treatments which was very assuring. The whole procedure was virtually painless and I have over come my fear of dentistry due to the quality of care given by Dr. Haywood and his staff. I am definitely a future customer and I will without hesitancy, schedule regular appointments for cleanings etc., along with recommendations to anybody that needs a quality, professional, holistic dentist. I also appreciate Dr. Haywood for scheduling me on such short notice due to my upcoming, unexpected business trip!-Thank you! - 10+ stars!

Everyone there, from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, and to Dr. Haywood himself, we’re all absolutely fantastic. Not only did he save me from an unnecessary root canal, but he did a great job doing the filling instead. I’m really not a fan of dentist in general. So believe me when I say that these people are really good to go to. Even if you don’t like dentist at all!

I finally had such a comforting experience after life-long fear and anxiety with dental visits. The staff cared for me emotionally and allowed me to ask any questions I had. Dr. Haywood also took the time to address my concerns which greatly increased my trust in the process. Overall, my fear of dentist has dramatically decreased and my motivation to maintain good oral health has become a top priority. Thanks so much!

Great care and great expertise!

I had an appointment with Dr. Haywood this week and I received excellent care from x-rays taken to cleaning my teeth to the consultation with Dr. Haywood on repairing and preservation of 2 of my molars. I was even given a pillow for my neck to make the visit there more comfortable. Everyone was kind and polite and answered all questions I had. The local office is convenient for me because it’s not far from my home. 5 Stars.

I’ve seen many dentists over the years but continued to have problems with my teeth until I consulted with Dr. Haywood. He diagnosed my problem and proposed a treatment plan for me. I had one missing tooth and one tooth which required extraction. In addition to that I had some bone loss.and gum issues. Dr Haywood replaced my missing teeth with implants, and as well, treated and resolved my gum problems which will prevent potential health problems. The quality of care which Dr Haywood provided to me was outstanding. He is an incredible diagnostician and provides the highest quality of care for his patients. The office staff is extremely supportive and professional. I am extremely grateful for his services which he provided me and I whole heartedly.
