Very prompt and very caring they phoned to see how Robert was doing to make sure he was alright. If I had any questions or concerns I could phone Dr Raj anytime even on weekends that’s excellent service.

Very friendly staff..although we don’t have appointment they managed to squeezed me in.

I called for an appointment and was taken in within the hour. All staff were amazingly polite; friendly and efficient. Doctor Raj is the best dentist I have ever had. He is very caring, gentle and patient.

Since moving to Medicine Hat, I have been a patient of Dr. Raj at Southland Dental. I have always been treated with respect and the care has been exceptional. Over the years, I have had several dental implants in Calgary this week was the first implant with Dr. Raj. It was the best ever! No pain, always checking to make sure I was comfortable. The entire team at Southland is exceptional. I highly recommend them.

I recently had a root canal repaired. Dr. Raj explained what was going to happen in a very kind manner in order to put my mind at ease. He and his assistant spoke very quietly and asked often if I was doing ok. From the front desk reception desk to Dr. Raj Bhanwath himself everyone is very kind and professional. Quality of care is magnificent, and the facilities are comfortable, including the waiting area and washroom. The facility is convenient, close to a major road, and has lots of parking. We, my wife, and I found Southland after moving to Medicine Hat in 2016. Been a customer ever since. The staff makes you feel welcomed and cared for. You really do feel like a customer and not just another problem. I highly recommend their services. Roger

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable. The girls in the back are very friendly and make you feel at ease with whatever procedure you're getting. I had a tooth pulled the dentist was amazing told me what he was going to do before doing it and I felt no pain oh and the big thing was when he walked in he introduced himself I did not get that at another dental office. I would not hesitate to go back for any dental work.

As a visitor to Medicine Hat I had the good fortune to see the Southland Dental office, located across the street from my hotel. I was suffering with a loose dental implant so called their office. The person who answered my call, Cheryl, immediately put me at ease and arranged for me to meet with Dr Raj that same day. He welcomed me and assessed my situation. He also contacted my dental surgeon to familiarize himself with the type of implant/crown I had placed. I have just now finished my appointment and am confident that he has solved the problem. I am very grateful to Dr Raj and his friendly caring staff for providing me with quality care in such a warm and inviting office.

Friendly staff, flexiable well scheduling appointments. I switched dentist to Southlands after my 5 year old needed emergency root canal and could not afford immediate payment. Southland made me feel like their first priority was my daughters health. My daughter is very comfortable there and actually enjoys going to the dentist!

Great experience today having my teeth cleaned by Payton. Honestly I can say she was extremely gentle, didn’t feel a thing - normally I am hanging on to the arm rests. Great personality too. Thanks Paton.
