It has been almost a decade since I have been to the dentist. The last place I went to scarred me to the point I hated going and never looked forward to my appts. I came across Springhurst Hills Dentistry on google, read some reviews, and WOW! I have had such an amazing experience so far. Dr Tran and her staff are truly so caring, welcoming, and calming. I had my first ever root canal done and it was done here. Best experience you could ask for, for a not so looked forward to procedure. It was pain free and so easy going. I can not recommend them enough! If you are looking for a new dentist office, look no further you have found the place. Thank you Springhurst Hills Dentistry!

Have been here twice and both experiences have been very smooth. The whole staff, from front desk to hygienist and dentist, help you feel welcome and well cared for. Communication before and during the visit is good and my dental work was practically pain free. The only small frustration I have is they don't provide safety glasses while working in your mouth to protect from spray. But if you are looking for a dentist, I completely recommend Springhurst Hills Dentistry.

I transferred to Dr Tran’s care two years back. So far I have received great service. Dr. Tran and her team are very friendly. They have good facility with latest equipment to provide quality care. I liked the idea of having TV monitor in the ceiling to distract kids and adults from the pain of dental treatment.

Service was great. Melissa was great and straight to the point. Loved that TV's were available and kept me distracted during treatment.

The atmosphere and staff are so welcoming. I love that the office offers after 5 pm appointments, even if I don't need them as much as I did working another job. Dr. Tran is very knowledgeable and also explains things clearly.

Sincerely a 5-star and stellar experience at the Dentist! I'm not someone who has ever been fearful of the Dentist, but my last experience after moving here to Louisville was simply dreadful and I didn't know where to go. I was referred to Springhurst Hills Dentistry by friends who are also current patients and I couldn't be happier. For starters, the office is beautifully decorated with a comfortable waiting area. Everyone is incredibly kind and accommodating. I greatly appreciated how communicative Dr. May and her tech were. They took the time to explain what I could expect before doing anything, we had a signal plan if I were to feel any pain and they continued to communicate about what they were doing while working on me. Thank you so much! I will certainly return for annual visits and anything I might need for dental care.

I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time, and have quite a bit of anxiety about the dentist. Dr. Tran and her team were gentle and informative, no one made me feel bad for the length of time between visits, and they worked with me to create a manageable treatment plan to get back on track. I’m thankful to have found them!

This past experience with Springhurst Hills Dentistry was absolutely phenomenal! I had gotten my two eye teeth built up after waiting several years debating on doing it. The quality of the process and finally getting them in it looked like they had been my real teeth for my whole life. They were perfect! The comfort was mild but I’m not really one for pain to begin with haha. There were two appointments that needed to be made one to make impressions to make the caps and they numbed me but once the numbing wore off it was just a little bit sore. The second appointment, putting the caps on, went so smooth no discomfort at all. The team there is amazing and was very open with times and getting the perfect day that fit me best. I thank them so much for my more confident smile!

I was pretty nervous about going to the dentist since I have never been in my 33 years but the experience was amazing. The staff are so friendly and kind and made me feel at home. Dr. Tran was also wonderful and went over everything I needed to know to help maintain my teeth and gums. Ashton did my gum and laser treatment and I honestly didn't feel a thing. I really could have went to sleep since I was that comfortable. I will definitely be going back. They made a lasting impression that meant a lot to me.
