Dr. Jham and his staff at Star smiles are top notch! My husband and I were researching/looking at different orthodontists for our daughter. I came across Dr. Jham and brought my daughter in for a consultation. The team at his office are extremely friendly and customer service oriented, ensuring you are comfortable and your questions are being answered. Since my husband wasn't with us at the consultation, he had additional questions that needed to be answered. Dr. Jham took time out of his busy day to call my husband ensuring all of his questions/concerns had been resolved. The office is equipped with all new state-of-the art equipment/technology as well. My daughter has had her braces on for over 6 months now and Dr. Jham and his staff have exceeded our expectations. At each appointment, they take time to explain what is happening in the process. We are very pleased with our decision to bring our daughter to Star Smiles and can't wait to see the end results.

We enjoyed the visit, everything was great, the hygienist, Doctor...all was great. The ONLY thing if there is anything is in the main area, maybe dividers between patients. Over all a very nice experience, very helpful Staff.

We really like that dentist office. Very professional. After I took my son for the first time he wanted to go back. They really know how to work with children. They are very busy and you have to make your appointment at least two months beforehand. My son had toothache and they and they found time to take care of him almost immediately. Excellent service!

My son did a great job! He was not scared :) Dr. Raquel Jham talked and sang to him while She was fixing his tooth. We love Dr. Jham and her staff. She is very professional, kind and explain everything well. I would highly recommend her

I liked the warm reception of the staff and the Dr. My son liked the waiting area. The chairs and the bathroom are sized for kids. I felt better after talking to the dentist about my concerns. We will be back again and thanks for the cold water.

Star Smiles is great. My son was nervous about getting his braces on and they made him feel very comfortable. They reassured him there was nothing to worry about, during the bonding process they were gentle and patient which put him at ease.They answered all of our questions and were very accommodating to my husband and I as well. I really enjoyed the experience and my son was happy.

Everyone in the office is so friendly. The first time I brought my son, he was made to feel welcome and given a tour of the office. When he came for his first appointment, he was not pressured into anything he was not comfortable with. And by the time he came back for his second appointment, he knew what to expect and climbed in the chair happily. Very happy with all the staff and the way we have all been treated each time.

My five kids have been patients of Star Smiles for 6 mos now. Enjoyed the service the children have received since day one. My son Colin who is 13 has always been afraid of the dentist cause of all the medical issues he has had from younger years. Everyone has helped him feel more comfortable about his appointments. This is the first dentist office that hasn't been afraid to actually treat Colin. He never had X-rays or any real dental treatments before he came here. I am extremely grateful for the whole team here. The kids feel comfortable coming here with all there special needs. Thank you!
