Had to get Invisalign for my bottom teeth. Took 20 months but was easy to get an appts when needed and get the next batch of aligners. They entire staff and Dr Glick were very nice. Sorry I do not remember everyone’s name but everyone was kind and explained things well. Liz was very gentle at my last visit when she had to do some things to my teeth to get ready for a retainer. In all a pleasant experience at this orthodontic office. I highly recommend this office.

Our family has had a fantastic experience with Starr and Glick! Everyone in the office is patient, professional and kind. My kids always appreciated the warm freshly baked cookies at the end of their appointments. We are grateful for the attention to detail which lead to a beautiful smile on our daughter face. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at Starr and Glick. The process was streamless. The receptionists were accommodating and friendly. Visits were easy to reschedule. Everything was so organized!!! Most importantly my daughter is incredibly happy with her new smile.

I received exceptional service from Starr and Glick Orthodontics. I worked with Dr. Glick and Liz. Both of them were amazing. Specially Liz was great, patiently answering all my questions and always help to the problems I faced during the period. Now my daughter getting the treatment from same hospital. Dr. Starr provided me with excellent dental care growing up, but after years of not wearing my retainers, I found myself looking into Invisalign. I live in NH now, but chose to drive back to MA because I knew I could trust this practice. Dr. Glick and his team have the knowledge, skills, and technology that have helped ease this process. Starr & Glick Orthodontist is the best. I thought I may have been one of the older patients that wanted to get Invisalign’s. Turns out all ages get them. It was an easy process from start to finish. The staff always explained what each appointment entailed and how long each appointment would last. Everyone is professional as well as kind and sincere. I had a health issue while I was in the process of the follow up appointments and everyone was caring and concerned about my well being. There was never discomfort or pain with Invisalign. I am very happy with the ending results as I had many crooked teeth. The convenience of getting an appointment and visiting one of the two offices was very easy. I can’t thank you all enough. I definitely would refer anyone to this practice.

I myself had Invisalign through Starr and Glick and felt the entire process to be so easy. The office staff are all amazing, super friendly and helpful. Having two locations was great as well, there was always availability that was convenient to me. The outcome was exactly what I was looking for and the docs were all very accommodating and understanding of what I wanted the end result to look like, especially needing some dental work during the Invisalign process. My son just finished his braces with them as well and he is happy with the results as well. I have recommended many people to Starr and Glick and will continue to do so.

My decision to begin the Invisalign treatment with Dr. Glick far exceeded my expectations. As a patient that's terrified of anything that moves or makes noise, everyone at Starr and Glick were excellent in easing my fears and anxiety - particularly technician Janice. Overall, I am beyond pleased with the results. I had a space between my front two top teeth that my sisters teased me about; as a child and throughout my teenage years. As a result, I was embarrassed to smile during those years and when I became an adult. Well, not any more! I can't thank Dr. Glick and his staff enough for restoring my self confidence and providing me with a beautiful smile. Thank you.

My son had his braces on, one month before the Covid epidemic began. Although it was a trying time for all involved, Starr and Glick Orthodontics were fabulous through it all. I highly recommend this practice because of its outstanding customer service, everyone from the front desk, the doctors and to hygienists are the utmost professionals. The location is convenient, and the quality of care is exceptional. You are treated like family as soon as you enter the office. Here we are 30 plus months from day one and I couldn't be happier. Wore braces as a teen? Wore your retainer faithfully for three years, because that is what you were told to do? Now, some 50 years later, your teeth are a mess? Sound familiar? This is my story. I thought about having my teeth straightened, again, for over three decades. The older I got, the more hesitant I became. After all, I was too old, wasn’t I? I couldn’t have been more wrong! I’m glad I found Dr. Glick and his great team. They were welcoming and assured me that I was not alone in seeking treatment as a senior. I started the Invisalign program in August of 2021, and I just completed it yesterday. The program was easy to follow, required only an occasional appointment, and the result is amazing! My only regret with the Invisalign program and in working with Dr. Glick and his wonderful team is that I didn’t start MUCH sooner. Do it! You’ll be glad you did.

Our experience with Start and Glick has been very positive. Our third child is now in the process of getting braces and we have no concerns since our first two experiences went smoothly. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and do try to accommodate when possible with appointment times and locations. Everyone we ever met with did a great job explaining everything that was needed and had a way of putting my girls at ease with what orthodontic treatment they were having done. We would defend recommend Starr and Glick to anyone in in need of orthodontic treatment.

When looking for an orthodontist for my son, EVERYONE I spoke to said to go to Starr and Glick Orthodontics. I'm so glad we did! We have 3 boys that have all had braces through Starr and Glick and their teeth look amazing! I was so impressed with their/our experiences, that I decided to have Invisalign and love my results. My husband loved my teeth and is now going through Invisalign! We have and will continue to recommend Starr and Glick to anyone who needs orthodontic care.

We could not be happier with our experience at Starr and Glick for both of my kids. One is difficult case and I am so thankful for Dr. Glick’s knowledge and support, the change has been amazing. He and the entire team do a wonderful job and they are always great at explaining things to the kids and keeping me informed. They have been very accommodating with appointments & helping with billing & insurance. The Franklin location has been a big help! I highly recommend Starr and Glick, it’s been a very rewarding experience!
