I'm so happy I decided to walk in to this facility.I was feeling so sick. I didn't have to wait to long and I was treated very respectfully and fast. I'm very pleased with the staff members and the assistant physician there. Thank you for having this facility in my neighborhood it's so convenient. And Thanks for hiring such wonderful staff members.

My experience at statcare was great,the staff was very warm I felt safe.. environment was clean and spacious , excellent physician and the assistants were comforting I would advise anyone to statcare because of the experience i had .. I'm a Frank individual and I'm not making up anything if it wasn't great i would have said so but honestly I'm glad I had chosen them to look after me.... Excellent team

I visited Statcare Urgent and Walk In Medical Care, feeling awful for the past three days. Everyone there of which I was in contact with (Jessica, Kevin and Mirza) were professional, pleasant and "joyful". I am feeling much better and I made to correct choice by visiting their facility. Kudos, "KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, 174 Street Location!"

The Quality of care was on point. You were thorough and was able to pinpoint the problem. Your office is very clean and I felt comfortable for my first visit. I Thank God for the convenience I was so sick I was unable to make it to the train and you were right there and the pharmacy is next door. I would recommend your office to anyone seeking medical help. The staff is very friendly.

It was my first time ever going to an urgent care I was always quick to end up in the ER but being my first time in this urgent care I loved it. The staff is amazing very friendly, very helpful , their main focus was how I was feeling, doing the best so I could feel better and I do appreciate it. The service was fast, it's very convenient for me because it's right down the block from my house. I was very comfortable they did what ever it took to make me feel comfortable and in a safe space. The quality of care was amazing someone was always around making sure what ever concern I had was address. Great team work. Hope it stays like this. See you guys next visit. Between I'm feeling so much better Thank you soooo much guys :).

I am very pleased to have such a convenient urgent care right where I live , located on E. 174 street Bronx, N.Y.. The staff there are very nice and encouraging , they work really hard to please their patients. I have experienced such hospitality any where else , they are all truly the best! Everything gets taken care of in such a timely matter. There is always little to no wait, we are always seen and never have a problem with our prescriptions. Thank God for them! Thank you , Abigail and the rest of the of the hard working staff.
