I have been coming to Dr. Moore's office for a little over a year. The dental staff is wonderful. They know me by name and always greet me in a friendly way when I come for my appointments. I was diagnosed with TMJ by an oral surgery and Dr. Moore and his staff have been great in referrals to Specialists and providing me with options to deal with this condition. Aubrey, my dental hygienist, is very friendly, and does a great job in informing me about the condition of my teeth and gums, and which areas I need to work on. She makes sure that I feel comfortable and not in any pain, and does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. My gums and teeth feel much better during the past year. I would definitely recommend Dr. Moore, Aubrey and the entire staff. I feel they all truly care about my needs and I have no fear or worries when I come for my visits.

I never knew a dentist with such a comforting staff who are really sincere and so caring. Dr. Moore is like no other dentist in my entire life and I a 68. He is so soothing and fast I sat in the chair and all the sudden I was out. I felt nothing just heard the roots when the left. I am so blessed that I finally got into him because of all the problems getting there but I have to depend on them no one here will take me anywhere except one but unfortunetly she was not here today. Well thank all of you again and I will be there from now on just maybe not for the surgery part. Thank all of you again I will always try to get people to come to your office......if I could drive I would bring them!! Linda

From day one, I had a great experience with the front desk staff and back office. I just had my cleaning on 8/21/15 sorry forgot her name I believe it was Amber? Not sure how I forgot because she was "Awsome".I have never ever had anyone clean my teeth so gentle. I took her dental advice, as she was really professional and kind. I was so impressed with everyone at Stetson HIlls Dental. I was seen promptly and did not have to wait past my appointment time, which happens so many times in other doctor offices. The staff was professional and friendly. I felt comfortable and my dental hygienist was the best. She was patient with me while I tended to my fussy 10 month old which I really appreciated. I was absolutely terrified to go to the dentist. My last dentist dropped his drill TWICE and nicked both my lips and face. It took me 13 years to muster up the courage to step foot in another dentist office. Even walking into Dr Moore's office I was scared stiff. Why would this dentist be any different than the last? Let me tell you the difference was night and day. EVERYONE on Dr Moore's staff is so friendly, and they all genuinely care about you! From the ladies at the front desk, to the hygienists, and especially Dr Moore everyone wants your experience to be the best! Your comfort and well being are ALWAYS their top priority. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else, and have been a loyal, and happy customer for over two years!

Each time I have had an appointment I am greeted when I walk in, rarely have to wait long for my appointment, and don't feel like I've been to the dentist afterwards (no mouth pain). I appreciate the attention given to details, consideration for my time, and explanation of what is going on, what is needed. I chose Stetson Hills for my own dental care because of the way Dr. Moore and the staff treated my mother. Thank you for your professionalism!

I has my teeth cleaned by Aubree last week. She was gentle and explained everything she was doing. Then the dentist came in for the examine. No pressure to up-sell elective procedures, very short wait to be seen and friendly receptionists. Overall, a great experience.

I discovered Stetson Hills Dental when searching online for a dentist that took last minute emergency patients. My boyfriend had an infected tooth caused by an erupted wisdom tooth, and was in severe pain. They got him in immediately. Not only did they do everything they could for the pain, but they removed the wisdom tooth the same day. Dr. Rivard sat with him and displayed my boyfriends X-rays on a large tv in front of him, and explained everything in detail. 2 days later my boyfriend was in a lot of pain again. We thought maybe he had a dry socket. It was Saturday so I called and left a message at the office, expecting to hear from someone on Monday. Within an hour, Dr. Rivard called me back and asked us to meet him at the office as soon as we could. When we got there, Dr. Rivard was there with his 2 young boys. He had been spending the day with them when he got my message, and cut their day short to meet us! He said that he couldn't have enjoyed his weekend knowing one of his patients was in pain. I can't express my gratitude enough, and will recommend this office to EVERYONE. I myself left my dentist and switched to this office. The staff are all absolutely amazing.

We went to stetson hills dental as a family. We had a bad experience at a previous dentist, so my kids and husband were worried. They were very helpful with my kids, kept the atmosphere fun and light for them all while doing a swift and through cleaning, even when my son was difficult they eased his fears. They examined my husband and me and got our follow ups in quickly. They didn't pressure us financially into anything and were realistic with treatment plans. We were very pleased with their professional and courteous service that we made our 6 month follow ups.

Staff is very friendly and most helpful. They show great willingness to make last-minute changes. Procedure costs are well-defined up front. Staff seems very competent. Overhead TV allows patient to watch on-line programs during procedures. Will frequently take patients in immediately who show up before scheduled appt. Dentist and staff are very willing to answer all questions.

I had a bad experience with a dentist almost 20 yrs. ago, because of that experience I never went to another dentist,until now, when I had no other choice,The first time seeing Dr. Moore, I was very mistrusting and ready to leave the office before I even saw him. The ladies up front (Julie and Amy) were and have been very nice and pleasant to deal with,Dr.Moore took a lot of time with me, and genuinely cared about my concerns,and my teeth,I wasn't just another quick dollar,it was a very personal consultation, I'm in stage 1 of getting implants placed, Dr.Moore did an awesome job with my surgery( which was major) I had very little pain considering I had all my teeth pulled(Valerie who is Dr.Moore assistant has been very awesome,she takes care of my adjustments) Dr.Moore didn't completely restore my faith in dentist but I trust him,and his staff,and He is now my new permanent dentist,I don't have the anxiety when I see him because I know he is going to do what is best for me and not screw me over or leave me in pain.overall Dr.Moore is the best and most personable dentist I have ever been to.If you have the issues and anxiety I had, I would highly recommend Dr.Moore and his staff they really are fantastic at what they do and are very friendly

I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but at the Stetson Hills Dental office the staff is professional and friendly, and they accommodated my schedule. The exam room is comfortable and the cleaning was painless and quick. I'd recommend this office.
