I had multiple teeth extracted in preparation to having an upper denture made by another Dentist, Dr. Edwards. As expected I was very nervous, especially since I knew it would require multiple injections and I have "needle phobia". Ok, I was just plain scared! My time with Dr. Moreland consisted of three visits, a short preliminary fact finding visit, the extraction visit and a follow-up visit. At all times I was treated very professionally. Dr. Moreland's staff was very nice and considerate and relieved my anxiety. The procedure was done without problems and I left the office calm and without pain. I was given instruction on how to care for the surgery and what to expect. I also was given pain medicine. I recommend Dr. Moreland and his staff. If they can handle a "big baby" like me I believe they can handle anyone. Dr. Moreland's office was located a few minutes from Dr. Edwards and both are close to Highway 40.

Visiting Dr. Moreland was something I really didn't look forward to due to the reason for the visit and that being the need to extract a tooth. From the time I walked in the front door the staff with their friendly approach took some of the stress out of the visit. Then met the assistant that prepped me for the doctor. She too was very professional and took more stress out of the visit. Then in walked in one of the nicest people you might want to meet in this situation, Dr. Moreland. His personality and willingness to engage gave me a high level of confidence this procedure was going to go ok, and it did. Oddly enough I was three days early for the appointment and we had some laughs over that mix-up, but the staff worked me in for my extraction. What convinced me about Dr. Moreland was my confidence in his diagnosis and suggested procedure. With the 3D digital images available in his office, Dr. Moreland personally explained to me on a large screen, with the encouragement "to get my phone" to take pics, the steps he would take for my surgery. From what I had read and the video I watched in his office, my surgery was a worse case scenario wisdom teeth extraction. He never said that nor emphasized any difficulty. I was confident that the surgery would be done well and the nerve to my lip and chin would remain intact. Also, Dr. Moreland suggested a homeopathic medicine as a part of the medicine regimen and was conservative on his diet restrictions, preferring "to be on the safe side". In fact, on the initial visit, Dr. Moreland cautioned me, as a near retirement age individual, about taking enough time for my body to recover and not to anticipate "rushing back to work". He was right. A plus was his welcoming and friendly staff. I called numerous times with questions leading to the surgery, as well as following. An appointment was made available when I was concerned about the healing process. I returned for an additional visit "just to make sure" things were going well. The appointments were on time and the surgery time allotted was precise. In addition, information was well explained to my daughter at the time of the surgery; she felt confident in being able to assist in my care. Explicit information was provided in print. Having confidence in the surgeon and the surgery procedure and care makes a big difference. I wouldn't want my oral surgery in the hands of anyone else but Dr. Moreland, with the assistance of his office staff.

I was in need of an oral surgeon and Dr. Moreland was referred by my Alternative Medicine Practitioner. I had a suspected infection in my lower jawbone. I was able to make an appointment within a few days. I found Dr. Moreland to be knowledgeable and incredibly compassionate. He explained things clearly and was able to put me at ease over the procedure that was recommended. Although I was difficult to numb, Dr. Morland and his staff remained professional and displayed a welcoming chair side manner. I had minimal pain after the procedure, but what was even more remarkable is that the pain I had been feeling for years had been relieved. I would highly recommend Dr. Moreland's Office if you are in need of an exceptional oral surgeon. On more of a personal note, I am so incredibly thankful to Dr. Moreland. I have been living with pain for years and unable to participate in many activities with family and friends. Thanks to Dr. Moreland I am now on the road to better health. Thanks you for giving me my life back!!

Dr. Moreland and all his staff were all wonderful to work with and very kind. It is so refreshing to find an oral surgeon who is willing to think outside the box and recognizes the connection between between what is going on in your mouth and your overall health. It's all connected. It has been great to experience the improvements in my health, all as a result of my oral surgery. If you're looking for a better oral surgery experience than you've had in the past, give this office a try. I couldn't be happier with my results, thanks to Dr. Moreland and his entire staff.

I was in need of an oral surgeon and was able to get into Dr. Moreland's Office is a exceptional period of time. He is an outstanding oral surgeon and explains things very clearly. He is also a very caring doctor with a great chair side manner. I had two different type procedures done at this office with no problems at all. Dr. Moreland is very skilled and professional. Everyone at this office was kind, efficient and professional. I couldn't have been treated any better. I was treated like part of a family.
