I have been going to Stiles Dentistry for 30 years. The care we receive during each visit is outstanding. Everyone in the practice is welcoming and very professional. I appreciate the personal relationship between the dentists and staff and the patient. My grandchild is now a patient.

When I first went to see Dr Dennis Stiles I was terrified, even looking at the dentist chair was freightening to me. But, my fears & anxieties were alleviated by his gentelness, empathy, & professionalism. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable & pain free. My teeth look great & I have found my ‘forever dentist’. The entire staff is very helpful & kind. I highly recommend Stiles Dentistry. They will take good care of you!

My experience with Dr. Stiles and his team was positive in every way! From a kind and attentive support staff and front office, to detail-oriented and highly communicative frontline team. I had all of my top teeth, except one, replaced/upgraded with crowns and veneers to improve the look and feel of my smile and functionality. Dr. Stiles communicated the process up front to set my expectations, and checked in with me while both in the chair and outside of the office after each visit to make sure all was well. Temp veneers aren't the most sturdy, which I was alerted to when they were being put on. I cracked one eating twice and both times, when I reached out to Dr. Stiles , he saw me to fix them in a very timely manner and reassured me that this was ok. I felt comforted and those were the only 2 items we had to address outside of the regular process. The technology he has in his office is innovative, which also creates a sense of security and trust in the process and outcomes. My teeth are perfect, exactly what we talked about both esthetically and functionally. I recommend Dr. Stiles' services to anyone, whether they need a regular dentist or special work done. He will make sure you're taken care of at every level.

I am a health care professional and have been in practice in the area for over 30 years which is about the same time I have known Dr. Stiles. I met the doctor during a Christmas Holiday. Without knowing me, he had the compassion to take the time from his holiday to treat me as an emergency patient. Have you ever tried to make an appointment with your Doctor when they are on holiday, good luck. I was so impressed with his patience and kindness at my initial treatment and in the subsequent quality of care I have received my family and I go nowhere else. I had to find a dentist after a crown came loose so I looked at some writeups on yelp, etc. for dentists in the Rockville/Gaithersburg area and I saw some good reviews on Stiles Dentistry. Being a skeptic and knowing that some sites stack the reviews w/ very favorable reviews I made an appointment for later on that week. Dr. Stiles took some X-rays and had me come back for a cleaning. Unfortunately another problem was found and Dr. Stiles needed to do some additional work on some old fillings that had cracks. They have a device called an isolite that you can bite down on w/ the side of your mouth that isn't being worked on. The isolite provides suction and prevents any of the water used for irrigation or amalgam going down your throat. Dr. Stiles also used an Itero element to scan my mouth in preparation for a crown. No longer is there a need to bite down on a gooey tray for a couple minutes in order to make an impression of your teeth. The staff, including the care coordinator, hygentists, and Dentists are top notch professionals. Every procedure was explained to me beforehand so I knew what to expect, and the doctors both assured me that they would not recommend anything for me that they would not have done on their own teeth. Overall, I had a pain-free and excellent experience, which is a big plus for someone who is apprehensive about seeing the dentist. Everything is first rate: quality of work, the efficiency and friendly of staff, the environment and equipment. Recommend highly. As for comfort, there is as much of it as you can expect in a dentist chair.

I'm a new patient and my experience so far has been wonderful. I just had a dental crown procedure that went very smoothly without any pain. Dr. Dennis Stiles provides very detailed examinations with thorough explanations. Also, Mona and the staff who are all friendly and helpful create a caring atmosphere in the office.

I Started with the Stiles over 25 years ago with a mouth full off problems, using the latest technology They have done great job fixing my problems with no pain and the repairs are still doing great. Now its just the twice a year cleaning/checkup

Quality is high. During the eight or nine years I've been going to Stiles Dentistry, I've had several restorations repaired or replaced, and have had no problems with any of them. They make sure you do not feel pain, and make a lot of effort to reduce discomfort. Their location is not convenient for me, but it's worth the travel to go there.

I came to Stiles Dentistry because I knew I needed dental work and my previous dentist did not believe in sedation. I had always been fearful of going to the dentist because of the pain element. After coming to Stiles Dentistry, Dr. Dennis explained all my procedures very clearly, including the various levels of sedation and pain management. During 2 sessions of repair he consistently asked me if I was okay and if I needed him to stop. I was happy to report that I was really okay and we could keep going with the procedure! I actually felt relaxed and unafraid. My crowns are still beautiful and working well. Dr. Dennis is an artist in the world of dentistry and I recommend the care and knowledge of Dr. Dennis, Dr. Marie, and the entire staff without reservation!

I have always been very pleased with the care I have received at Stiles dentistry. Each member of the staff is very professional, friendly and very willing to explain things in detail. I have never felt rushed during any appointment or when needed to have any question or concern addressed. Almost 3 years ago they fitted me for a sleep apnea oral device that has resulted in a significant decline in snoring as well as breathing gaps.
