We had a wonderful interaction with Kristin. She visited our home, listened to what we wanted to accomplish on our budget, and then recommended items that would do the job without pressure. We then visited the store where she had several choices already identified for us. We purchased a sofa, chair, 2 lamps and artwork; and Kristin was able to arrange very quick delivery for us -- which was done in a very professional manner. Kristin then contacted us a few days after delivery to make sure that we were happy with all of the items. Excellent follow-up. We are very happy with Swan Interiors, and plan to use them for our furnishing needs in the future.
