Our experience with Swiss Air was great. They answered the phone when we called and was courteous and helpful. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and timely. They had our A/C back up and running that day. We ended up replacing our system due to its age a few days later. We couldn't be happier with Swiss Air. Thanks

I have used Swiss Air on two occasions, and both times they have repsonded quickly. Service was excellent. Technichians are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will use them again (hopefully not too soon), and will reccomend them to friends.

Upon return from a 2 week vacation we have no A/C. Swiss Air has install and service A/C prior so we call them. Within 4 hours, a service technician was at our door trying to figure out the problem[s]. He gave us a temporary fix in the blistering heat index and figured out what the issues was. Chris Wollenberg worked endlessly to repair the issue. He was on time and explained everything that he was doing. We recommend Swiss Air to anyone with heating and cooling issues. Your staff from receptionist to Chris are outstanding.

We called Swiss out in an emergency situation. It was Friday night at 5. Instead of saying it was too late because they were closing, they had a technician out within an hour and they didn't charge anything more than their standard service rate. Our air conditioner went out when it was 100 degrees outside so we couldn't wait. We received the bad news of needing a new unit. The technician worked hard but it was too old (16 years) to repair. They worked over the weekend to ensure we could get our new unit installed Monday morning. It was over the 4th of July weekend so they were short staffed. The owner offered to come help since they needed 2 people to lift the new unit. Can't say enough how great this company was. Very knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy.

Swiss Air has been our choice cooling and heating company since we moved into St.Charles 17+ years ago. We have never had a bad experience and their service with commitment to excellence is second to none. Even at odd late weekend hours where you would never expect to get an answer on the phone from anyone, they were there and prompt to address our needs. I believe their prices are fair, and I won't go anywhere else for service.

Excellent service! Paul was very friendly and helpful -even on Memorial Day Weekend when we had a water heater emergency. He explained the problem and how it would be repaired, but quoted us prices before doing any work. We appreciated that. We recently joined the maintenance program, which we believe is well worth the small investment for peace of mind from a reputable company. Thank you!

I have been with Swiss Air for several years and they are always very responsive, customer friendly, and have great customer service. We recently had an issue with our new water heater on a Saturday and they came out and analyzed the situation and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend getting the maintenance plan, I pay $26 a month for twice-a-year maintenance in the spring & fall for my dual heating & A/C units, which is well worth it!

I have been on the Swiss Air maintenance plan for 10 or more years and it is absolutely the best money I have ever spent on home maintenance. For $17 a month I get twice-a-year complete check-ups of my HVAC system in the spring and fall time frames - at no cost - and any repairs, which have been needed very rarely, at deep discounts, plus expert, friendly, courteous, on-time service every single time. From the way they answer their phones which includes "How can I make you smile today?" to email reminders of when I should change my filter to using shoe coverings in my home even when I tell them it's not necessary, you will have a 5-star experience. Somehow I have squeezed by without yet having to replace a 16 year old system and I can't help but think a large part of that is due to Swiss Air!

Technician was on time. Got a call 15-20 minutes prior to appt confirming he was on his way. He was efficient and helpful with extra info (re:programmable thermostat). Took his time and didn't make us feel rushed. Couldn't ask for a better experience unless there was a way to make it tax deductible. Been with Swiss Air ca. 10 years now and wouldn't think of changing.

We have been customers of Swiss Air for a long time. I met Ron (and his daughter) personally one Sunday at 4pm when our air quite working on a hot summer day! Every technician that has come to the house is friendly and knowledgable (even our dog allow them in and out of the house). It is a small, personal family owned company.

Ron and his staff are all top notch in my book! They have been servicing my furnace and air conditoner for several years now. His technicians are very knowledgeable, thorough,and courteous. I had a situation earlier this year where one morning we woke up to a cold home. Called Ron and they were at my house that night when I got home from work. I highly recommend becoming a Club Member - there are 3 diffrent levels and no matter what level you choose you SAVE money!!

I have been with Swiss Air for several years now. They are always prompt, show up when they say they will, and finish in a reasonable amount of time. Their techs are well qualified and willing to share their expertise with me. I had to buy a new air conditioner last year, and the experience with them was really good. The only sold me what I needed, not just what they could sell. I have had no trouble with it whatsoever. I highly recommend them, and recommend getting on their maintenance plan.
