I just closed on a 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condominium the Honua Kai Resort and Spa in West Maui. My realtor referred me to Sharon Brooks and Josh Henry because top quality photographs are crucial for marketing vacation rental property online. The quality of their work is top notch and I feel made my advertisement stand out among the 264 listings for Honua Kai on VRBO. Also, they proved to be "extra milers", going back to the property when the weather was better to take some extra outdoor photographs I requested. Their fees were very reasonable and I feel that the value for the product I received was outstanding. Let's talk results - within a week of closing escrow I had 89 nights booked! Almost every person inquiring about my property writes that it looks wonderful. I had some ideas for a video and discussed those with Mr. Henry. He produced an excellent quality video and make great decisions regarding what to include in it, including a great selection of music.
