As soon as we stepped in the clinic, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Both the technicians and the doctor were friendly as well and explained the treatment options in detail. I will definitely come back for my dog's routine check-ups.

I was very pleased with the ease of setting an appointment and even when I had to reschedule and still ran 10 min late! The staff were extremely courteous and knowlagable. Over all very satisfied and will be recommending this vet to everyone!

I have been a patron of Town and Country for 14 years. Dr. Nelson and his staff are exceptional. I trust them with my four legged fur babies and I myself am treated like family. When I first came to Town and Country Dr. Mac Todd owned the clinic...loved him and he made sure when he sold that his clients would love Dr. Nelson just as much. I recommend Town and Country to all my friends that own fur babies.

With this being our first time visiting I must say I was extremely satisfied. The people are very friendly and care for your dogs. Will be back for sure! I give town and country veterinary 5 stars and two thumbs up.

Town and counrty vet. As always treated my animals with kits of care and if I couldn't afford the shots at the time they would give me list where they would be on Saturdays. For low cost shots. Also recently I have a cat dropped off at my home she was with kittens, and having trouble, of course I couldn't afford what need to be done, so they took over the mother and did a C-section on her and adopted her and the kittens till recovery and then putting them up for adoption I would most definitely refer anyone to this clinic for the care of their animals because they really do care about animals instead of putting them to sleep they will help put them into good homes even though I would love to have kept the cat that was dropped off in front of my home and Foster her that I could not afford the bill that for the C-section that she was having trouble with I signed her over voluntarily to Town & Country Vet and they have done an excellent job of taking care of her and the kittens until they are ready to be adopted out so if anybody is looking for some adorable kittens or a mother cat you made get ahold of Town & Country Vet in River Oaks Texas to require about the adoptions please only one that really will take care of a cat needs to inquire because cats do not deserve to be loved and then just dropped off when you cannot and will not want to have a loving animal

I took my two furbabies for their yearly check up and vaccinations. Was very satisfied with the way my pets were taken care of. Answered all of my concerns. Prices were reasonable. We saw Dr. Snider.

Well the Care and intersest they staff and vet had for my little Rocky was great and made me feel at ease, they were very nice and any questions I had they answered them and the cost was great, and very affordable. I was really satisfied and happy w/my visit and have already made his next appointment :)

My two boys (my two brindle boxer boys) and I love Town and Country Vet! The whole staff is friendly and loving! They always call and check in the boys after a visit. If I ever have any questions or concerns all I do is call! I trust their skills, knowledge, and care!

Great staff that treats each animal based on their temperament and fear level. Very friendly and helpful. Between my son and I we took in 5 dogs... the care is always expensive, (yearly shots, flea and tick, heartworm meds, etc.) Costs were on target for other vet services and they also offered coupons and discounts - which helped a lot. Easy to get an appointment. Did not have to wait for weeks to get in to see the vet. We recommend them VERY highly for the care and well being of your furry family members.

Thank you so much for offering such a friendly and comforting atmosphere. Every person we encountered from the time we walked in to the time we left was very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. All of my questions were fully answered and our little dog was treated with genuine kindness. She was put at ease and received wonderful care.

All of the staff at Town and Country always make our visits great. They make our visits are always so personal and Dr Nelson tries to save us money where he can as Vet bills can be expensive!

My experience was very nice considering the situation for the two recent visits. My cat, Cue Tip, was given wonderful care and everyone seem extremely courteous and conscience of my cat's needs. The Doctor and Staff were very friendly and professional in their care and the cost of the services were very reasonable. I highly recommend them and trust them with the care of my pets health. This was our first visit and everyone was wonderful. I will definitely be using Town and Country Veterinary clinic as our vetc for our two "old ladies".

We love Town and Country! I have two dogs, Gracie and Soto, that I wouldn't trust to anyone else. Dr. Nelson and his staff are consistently fast but thorough. They are also excellent with Gracie who is not so fond of vet visits and vaccinations. Town and Country also makes it incredibly easy to keep up to date with vaccinations as they routinely send out email reminders. Thank you for the great care!

I have been going to Town and Country for years and I have received excellent care for my dog. Their quality of service is outstanding, they take the time to thoroughly examine my dog and explain any concerns. The cost and value is worth a thousand words.

We chose Town and Country Veterinary Clinic because they were one of the options for a free exam after we adopted our new puppy. I am so glad that we chose them! Our puppy developed an upper respiratory infections that progressed quickly to pneumonia. Without the patient and tireless work of Dr. Nelson and his staff, we might not have had the happy outcome we did. Every staff member knows us and our pup and procedures and costs are always explained fully. We are grateful to have access to such a great clinic.

When I called to make an appointment I was able to get my dog in the same day. The staff was very nice on the phone as well as in person when we got there. They seemed genuinely interested in my concerns since I have a dog that is very afraid of the veterinary atmosphere. They treated her with care and concern. Dr. Nelson was very good with Trixie and was good to explain what he was doing and why. I will be bringing my other dog to them.
