The Town Square Family Dentistry is professional and personal from start to finish. You are treated first as a person and, then as a patient who will experience the full attention to detail from consultation during and after your dental procedure. You will experience confident dentistry technique and experience the trust of a patient in the skill of the doctor performing your procedure.

The dentist was very caring, thorough, and had my best interest in mind.

The quality of service and attention to detail here is nothing short of superb. I recommend Dr. Hema's dental practice every single time a friend or family member mentions a dental problem. Each staff member I have interacted with at her practice is professional and highly conscientious. Most important to me, the dental staff take the utmost effort to make sure that they do not cause anything more than the minimum amount of discomfort. I personally am fearful of painful dental procedures because of my experience but I am not nervous at all about my visits to her office. Especially if you have been avoiding dental care because of painful experiences, you should come to Dr. Hema's practice!

I messed up on my review (Dorothy) so I'm writing on Franks because he doesn't use the computer so I wanted to give you 5 stars and Thank You and your staff for you help and patience because I'm a big chicken going to dentist but I still keep coming back Thank You once again!!

I really love this Dentist. Everything is explained and they have been very flexible when I have had emergencies come up. They are very friendly and know you by name when you come in the door. The pain level associated with treatment has always been 0 and that has been a big plus for someone who has always disliked going to the dentist due to pain. Give them a try. I'm sure you will come back as I have.

I am wirting this review on the basis of dozens of visits to Dr. Hema's office over the past 10 years. Most of those were for routine cleaning, etc. So my assessment is based on many events, not just one. Through my contacts with her, I have found her to be sincere and caring. She has always been able to quickly determine the source of a dental problem and give me options. She has made herself available on nights and weekends if I had an urgent problem. I have been impressed with her "people" skills. She is able to explain complex issues in simple terms. She is very easy to approach and no question is too simple. Additionally, I have found her staff to be very helpful, especially the front office staff who have to figure out complex fee payments charged by the various insurance companies. I realize they are just the messenger when telling me what my share of cost is. Overall, I value having Dr. Hema and her staff as part of my health care.

The office provides terrific service. They bring a combination of friendliness and professionalism that makes for a great dental office. Their work shows they take a pride in what they are doing, and they have always been informative on what is being done and what needs to be done. The office is what you are looking for when you cross your fingers and hope to find a great dentist and great supporting staff. The only word I would add is: THANKS.

The atmsophere at the Dentist is so spiritual and uplifting;the office staff greets everyone with so much love. Thank you for making the visit so carefree.
