I have always felt anxious and nervous and dreaded dental appointments. Dr. Al changed all that. From day one, his professional and friendlly manner put me at ease. I had extensive dental work done and his knowledge and skill exceeded my expectations. Each step was thoroughly and clearly explained. I never felt uncomfortable asking questions. I did not suffer with pain, which for me was a first. I cannot say enough about the staff, especially Merlinda, who is an ultimate and competent professional. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist was top notch. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Do yourself a favor and give Towne Centre Family Dental a call. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

I've put off having dental work done for many years because I thought my only option was to have my teeth pulled and replaced with dentures. At my age, I wasn't ready for that yet. Luckily, I made an appointment for a consultation and found out that I have several options that I wasn't even aware of. I made an appointment and I'm very excited about the results. My lower teeth look amazing and I can't wait for my next appointment to have my upper teeth done. Thank you, Dr. Al and Staff, for your excellent care and for giving me back my confidence!

I am one of those people with a veritable phobia for dentists. for this reason I never took care of my teeth until i found myself in urgent need of a drastic procedure that involved removing all my remaining teeth and get dentures. After spending weeks agonizing over this, a dear friend recommended that i see Dr. Albert Internoscia. Since my first meeting with him, most of my fears were laid to rest. He was kind, patient, explained everything involved very clearly. His staff is also great: cheerful and efficient. He also sent me to a very skillful and kind surgeon, Dr. M. Erakat. The day of the surgery Dr. Internoscia was also there supporting me. It has been for me a life changing experience, but this very stressful period of my life for me was made as relaxing as it was conceivably possible by Dr. Internoscia and his staff. I really want to thank all of them.

I had an excellent experience with this dental group. I had not received dental care for quite awhile due to past negative experiences so I was hesitant at first. However, all of the staff (clerical, dental hygienist, dentist) were courteous, professional and non-judgmental. It was the first time in a long time that I had a comprehensive assessment and excellent dental work provided. Highly recommended.

I have a huge fear of pain from even the littlest things like the novocaine needle. Dr Lauren would jiggle my lip so that I "didn't feel anything" which was amazing and worked. Dr Al was not the best jiggler but he gave me the confidence to take the needle like a big girl! I must say, having to have my lip jiggled was embarrassing as an adult but everyone is so friendly and confident that I would never dream of going anywhere else and I got over that fear, pain free (thanks dr al)! Amazing, professional staff who remembers me on a personal level, clean facility which anyone can appreciate, and very punctual with appointment times. It is always nice to support a well run local business. Thank you!!

These guys are the best. The staff is warm, they know their patients, and engage actively. Dr Al is the best in the world! Friendly, funny, but also an awesome dentist. He saved my sons teeth. My son had a brutal basketball accident and dr Al saved his front two teeth. He even called the emergency room to speak to the doctors to instruct them on the proper care of the teeth to be sure they would be in good shape when he got to us the next day!! Who does that! Dr Al does.

I feel very fortunate that I started using the Towne Centre Family Dental for my dental care. After having a terrible experience with a dentist in New York City, recommended by a friend, I was looking for a dentist in Hilsborough area. I could not have chosen a better place than Town Center. Doctor Al help me make the best possible decisions for my dental care and his staff is very professional and always friendly. Ever since I started coming to this place I am recommending Town Center to my coworkers and my friends. The work I've had done at Town Centre Family Dental has always been first rate. But what really separates them from other dentists I've had over the years is the caliber of the staff, service and atmosphere in their office. It's a very friendly environment. And they do a great job of trying to take the "anxiety" out the the work you're having done. After years of going there, my visits are more like going to see friends. Hard to find that combination of attributes in many dentist offices.

I have been using the group for my dental needs for about 10 years. Different doctors and dental hygienists have taken care of me along with specialists. Towne Center Family Dental is the best! All of the hygienists and technicians, front desk staff, and of course Dr. Al are not only good beyond competent, but everyone makes one feel right at home. It sounds beyond belief to say it's a pleasure to go to the dentist, but this office affords their patients that kind of experience.
