Extremely competent and friendly staff! Each and every person you deal with takes the time to ensure that you are comfortable and understand your options.

My husband and I went for our first visit with Trenton Family Dental last week and we're very happy with all their service. Our original experience with the team was last summer. Our son who was about to go away to work in Quebec with Air Cadets was having horrible teeth pain with his wisdom teeth. Even though Rory was not their patient they got him in within a week and removed them. To my surprise Dr Ho had phoned Rory while in Quebec to make sure he wasn't having any problems. The great care and support they gave him won us over. We plan to enjoy Trenton Family Dental for many years to come.

When I started coming to Dr. Brian it was like a whole new experience. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, greeting you by name as soon as you walk through the door. The overall feeling makes the medical side of things a lot more enjoyable. Dr. Brian makes your mouth health his priority and gives you the best options/directions for maintaining a healthy smile. I recommend Dr. Brian and his staff every chance I get!

This group of friends have been nothing but inviting and professional. They do their best to make you comfortable and fit your schedule.

Dr Ho and his team at the Trenton Family Dental are wonderful. They are professional and kind. For someone who is extremely frightened by dental visits, they were able to make me feel at ease, and did all that they could to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend Dr. Ho and his team to anyone looking for a friendly dentist and a team that really care. Thanks for everything.

I was nervous to see a dentist in the beginning, but once I had a visit with Dr.Brian and his wonderful staff, I had no worries what so ever. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth. Dr.Brian actually cares about his patients and their well being. I have always been afraid of feeling the pain of the needles going into the mouth for freezing, but with Dr.Brian, I felt nothing. No pressure, no pain, I didn't even realised that he was done putting the freezing in. He is very gentle when he is working on your mouth. I have named him The Man with the Golden Hands, and his wonderful staff are named, Feather Fingers. Because they are all so gentle and efficient. I now have my whole family, grandchildren included, seeing him and his staff. I'm glad that I have him for a dentist :D

The staff at Trenton Family Dental is always courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. They always take great care of my dental concerns and issues and ensure that I'm always comfortable and at ease during all procedures. One of the best dental offices I have ever dealt with.

The staff at Dr. Ho's are outstanding, they are very friendly and I love that they never over book, you never wait long.

My experience was great as usual, everyone is very nice and caring :) I am very inpressed on how well Dr. Brian and his assistant do work on My son Ryder, they pretty much make going to the dentist a fun experience for him,even though he has a cavity every time he goes, he is actually excited the next time we come in,dr. Brian is very gentle with him and he doesn't even know he's getting a needle !! It really makes a big difference when your child doesn't mind going the dentist :) :). So thank you Dr Brain and all of your staff for making a trip to the dentist fun!!!

Dr. Ho & his staff are very friendly. Always greets you with a smile & everyone knows your name & makes you feel very comfortable. I am very nervous when going to a dentist & Dr. Ho is gentle & reassuring & has a great personality.

Thank you for the chance to comment on the care I receive for my dental care at Trenton Family Dental. In a nut shell, 10/10, from start to finish. The staff have excellent customer service skills and are always there to assist in any way. The office has a very friendly feel that puts me at ease. Staff welcome me by name when I first arrive and always have a friendly things to say. Administratively staff help by sending out friendly appointment reminders which helps me due to my busy schedule, figuring out payment using insurance providers, explaining options for dental care, payments and follow up. Once in the chair staff make me feel very comfortable. Dr. Brian, (also very friendly) frequently checks in during the procedure to ensure I am doing fine. Dr. Brian is very good at explaining what he plans to do and what I should expect during a procedure. He also answers my questions in a manner I understand. After the work is completed the staff walk me out to the reception area, process the paperwork and wish me well as I walk out the door. All in all I could not ask for better dental care.
