My boyfriend usually feels uncomfortable at the dentist and had to get a tooth extracted. His usual dentist could not do the extraction and referred us to trident dental. They took us as a walk in appointment. The receptionist was extremely nice and understanding of our situation. Dr. Vinay immediately had my boyfriend at ease from his nerves which can be a challenging task. He kept him laughing and calm and pulled the necessary teeth. I would strongly recommend him and trident dental.

I have been really impressed with the dental work performed by Dr.Battula. I have no regrets, because the issues were properly resolved, and the customer service was outstanding. I strongly recommend Dr.Battula because their staff genuinely care about their patients, and they are true to their word in terms of costs,guarantees and reimbursement.

Dr. Battula was great! He took the time and made sure all my questions were being answered and he also did a great job. The office had a very comfortable setting and the staff was friendly. I'm glad I chose this office and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have been to three (3)Dentists here in Worcester and none of the practices offers such professionalism and good work ethics like Trident Dental Care under the guidance of Dr. Vinay. Based on my experience with this practice, I have referred families to this wonderful practice for treatment. To Dr. Vinay and your team, you are second to none!!

Dr. Vinnay Battula is fabulous. Your needs is his number one priority. The quality and comfort here is phenomenal. Trident Dental has the latest and greatest technology as well. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Been to a few dentist place in Worcester but it cannot compare to Trident Dental. Would recommend to anyone who wants high quality work and a dentist who really cares in the Worcester area.

I needed to find a new dentist after the wonderful one I had been going to closed his practice. It took me awhile to find Dr. Vinay Battula and I am glad I did. He is patient, considerate and very thorough. He took time to explain some incipient problems with my teeth but there was never any pressure to start any procedure immediately. I felt comfortable and assured that I was in the hands of a very good dentist.

It started with a phone call from me to make an appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and kind on the phone. I went to the office on the day of my appointment and only waited about 10 minutes before going into a room. I have never been to a dentist who cleaned my teeth. I have always had a hygienist clean my teeth. X-rays were taken and all my teeth were checked and then cleaned with the best toothpaste I had ever had. It was not chalky at all. Even though I have some problems that need to be addressed, my experience with Dr. Battula was wonderful. I am happy to go back for my follow-up, and I will refer him to my friends and family if they need a dentist. Thank you for such a wonderful visit. Teresa

This was my first dental visit in the US and I was a little apprehensive at first. Dr.Vinay was extremely understanding and walked me through the entire process to help me get comfortable. He was extremely gentle at his craft and thorough. He was also able to accommodate my rescheduling issue in a giffy. I couldn't stop referring him to my friends after my experience at Trident
