Very professional always concerned about patients issues, physical therapist, Christin was very patient and explained the benefits of all the exercises administered. I would definitely recommend TruWell as an alternative to surgery

I have had only 10 PT sessions with Christian since the middle of April and the difference in how I feel is nothing short of amazing. My back spasm had been getting better since mid-April but yesterday (5/23/22) was the first day since Oct 2019 when I had absolutely zero back issues!! In addition, I am aware of increased flexibility and strength. I can again walk up stairs with either foot leading, rather than just my right. I also see improvement in exercises at home that I started doing mid-April. Trying not to get too excited but am hoping that Christian's gentle, knowledgeable therapy techniques may finally take care of the back spasm that I have basically had daily for the last 6-7 years. I say this is amazing because in those years I searched unsuccessfully through therapies and treatments and doctors for a way to stop the spasm. Plus the clinic is a very enjoyable place to be, a side bonus.

My Physical Therapy at TruWell has been an exceptional experience. The staff is welcoming and the environment is inviting. I have learned the importance of doing my exercises correctly with consistency. Christian explains things during the entire process. I have goals to meet and am feeling the results. I am excited to know I am on my way to being stronger and healthier and in less pain. I look forward to my sessions and workouts at home.

After being athletic and highly active all my life, I suddenly found my day to day life extremely limited by pain and mobility issues. I was driven to find a physician who could offer me state of the art treatment for my arthritic shoulder. After researching Dr.Brown's credentials and the services offered at Truewell. I was optimistic that they may be the source I was looking for. From the date of meeting with Dr. Brown and her staff, I felt that I had found the right place for my treatment. Her staff are supportive and very friendly, giving me confidence in the new treatments available, coupled with her in-house physical therapy. On first evaluation by the physical therapist, my arm was at 8% range of motion, making it unsafe to drive my car. After 1 month, upon testing my range of motion had increased to 30%. My therapist, Christian is very attuned to my personal abilities and needs. He has actually called me after some of our sessions, just to see how I am doing. I certainly would recommend this setting for any pain management needs. Thank you.

12 stars out of 10 I’d say! Dr. Brown and her staff (Mark, Rosemary and Hilda) have been wonderful to me. The quality of care and empathy is by far the best I have ever encountered. The staff scheduled very convenient visits for me. I went through 3 procedures with Dr. Brown. Her level of compassion outweighs any I’ve experienced before in a medical setting. The quality of care is amazing. Getting me out of pain (which is almost impossible for anyone to do) was a top priority for Dr. Brown and the staff made every so okay. In my experience it has been close to the impossible to find a medical staff so down-to-earth and accessible. You can call and every time someone picks up the phone! I’ve never been put through to voicemail at that office. Mark, the office manager takes care of dealing with your health insurance companies as well. That is unique to say the least and it truly relieves you of that unnecessary stress. The entire office has that natural way of making you feel like you are their only patient. That is so rare. I only wish Dr. Brown was a primary care doctor. I would sign up immediately! I leave after my appointments feeling mentally better and more secure with my treatments. They make you so comfortable you don’t want to leave! Many thanks and gratitude to everyone there.
