I came across this company while searching the internet for a home inspector. This company's Yelp reviews were very good, so I decided to give them a try. My home inspector's name was James. He was punctual, courteous, respectful and did a very thorough job. He even pointed out some things that the homeowner's previous inspector failed to notice. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would definitely rate this company a 10. Without question I will be using them again! Chephren Johnson / Broker and Owner of Gate Realty.

Universal is awesome. Bret saved the day. He came to clean up the mess that PW Stephens left. PW Stepens did not properly clean the asbestos from my house. I had to hire Brett at Universal to test their work, and his tests found that I still had asbestos in my home, after PE Stephens "cleaned it," and their partner Evista who referred me to them cleared my home. Universal sent me an honest abatement person who got yhe job done, at an affordable price compated to both quack jobs of PW Stephens and Evista. Asbestos and cancer is nothing to take lightly. My dad has had to suffer the consequences of mesothelioma from asbestos. Universal understood the severity of this issue, and rescued us. Thank you, Brett for my piece of mind by clraning my home. Thank you God for sending me Brett through my friend Veronica. God bless you.

This is my first experience with Universal inspect. They were early to the inspection and dressed professionally. Bret was wary welcoming and friendly. He took his time and pointed out things he saw that could be an issue in the future if not corrected. His report was timely and very detailed. I will definitely be using Universal Inspect again and hopefully Brit will be the inspector completing my inspection(s). Thanks for a job well done!

I needed a home inspection done on a Sunday morning. Universal Inspect was the only company that would accomodate the day and time. They were on time, very professional, and I feel they did a thorough job in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable too and the inspection report was delivered quickly and was very easy to understand. I am a Realtor and will definitely keep on using them for my future deals.
