Having our very first puppy as a married couple we were worried about which Vet to bring our Aussie to. There are so many vet hospitals in the Columbus region that it can be hard to pick. Luckily we were recommended the Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital by a friend and couldn't be happier. Our pup loves going to the office and is always greeted by the friendliest people with the best care. We look forward to him growing up with a great Veterinary Hospital like the folks at Upper Arlington.

Amazing! The Doctors and all of the support staff are excellent. They are warm, comforting, knowledge and really show that they care about my dog. I can't give them enough accolades for the genuine caring nature of this practice. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for fantastic veterinary care.

The facility is always clean and the staff is always so accommodating to any needs that I have. My experience at Northstar has been so positive; the staff is very attentive, warm, and welcoming, and the quality and accuracy of the care is something I have truly valued. Dr. Adam Parson caught signs of an insulinoma in one of my dogs, Laddie, and made an excellent referral to OSU Veterinary Medical Center for comprehensive care. Because of Dr. Parson's time and sincere interest in getting to the bottom of the symptoms, Laddie is still with our family today. I am also incredibly grateful for being connected with Dr. Wildman. She has a wonderful, positive energy and excellent bedside manner, and she is the only vet in recent memory that our (anxious) other dog, Eli, actually enjoys visiting. Dr. Wildman lights up the room every time she walks in, and the animals respond so positively to her. She explains everything in detail and really demonstrates such a great level of expertise and passion for what she does. Thank you for your hard work, genuine care, and putting together a wonderful team. I know it takes a lot of time and dedication to build something this good!

My dogs have received excellent care from both Dr. Adam and Joanna Parson, their associates, and staff. Everyone in their practice is very kind and concerned about my dogs. I started bring my pets to them over eight years ago. At that time I owned two Springer Spaniels, Molly and Mustache, who definitely were part of my family. When I brought them to the office, I always felt they received the best of care and both of the doctors and staff loved them as much as I did. As Molly and Mustache aged (they were litter mates) they developed several health concerns. Due to excellent care, they were able to live happy and active lives until they were fourteen years old. Now that I have two adorable Cocker Spaniels, Piper and Zoe, I couldn't trust their care to anyone but the doctors and staff of Upper Arlington/Northstar Veterinary Hospital.

Best Vet in Columbus without question. Caring staff, awesome Doctors... professional, caring, researchers who put the pet's care and the owner's care before anything else. Costs are reasonable but you'll go back because of the value of and attention you and your pet received from Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital.

Everyone is welcoming, helpful, competent and cheerful at Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital! Our last pup had many issues and required a great deal of attention. We were given expert and professional help on each visit. And the many phone calls were always answered with compassion and thought. We felt fortunate to have the Drs. Parsons supporting us and our dog. Our new puppy is healthy and happy! She enjoys her visits and I love the extra touches of birthday greetings by email, her name on the whiteboard on the days we have appointments and the fun holiday photo with "Santa!" We all say THANK YOU for being part of our community and family!! Santa!"

Drs. JoAnn and Adam Parsons are wonderful veterinarian doctors!! They love animals!! They both took great care of our cats! They are friendly and informative. They never recommended services that weren't needed. Since moving out of state we miss them and their staff very much! We want them to know that Gussy and Cali are doing great!!
