Our family has been going to Upstate Smiles for 19 years. Dr. Bruce and his staff have guided and educated us in what we need to do to maintain healthy teeth and gums. He provided great recommendations for orthodontists for my daughters. He is patient, gentle and caring for those who are wary of dental work. We really appreciate how convenient their office is as well.

Dr. Bruce has been my dentist for 15 years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my dental care! The staff is amazing and makes you feel at home. This is the only dentist in town in my opinion!

I had a very complicated dental problem and saw several periodontists, general dentists, and orthodontists. One recommendation was for reconstructive surgery of the mandible. Fortunately, Dr. Bruce was able to diagnose and treat my problem without my having to undergo extensive surgery, and I am completely satisfied both functionally and aesthetically with the results. I've been seeing Dr. Bruce at Upstate Smiles since March of 2005. I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Bruce and his staff. I have been in the medical field for 39 years and have worked with, worked for, and been treated by many doctors over the years and can only think of 3 or 4 times that I was so impressed that I took the time to put something in writing. Dr. Bruce and his practice seem to always put the patient first. Quality of care and patient comfort have been second to none. When my parents (in their 80's) moved here from Pittsburgh a few of years ago, Dr. Bruce got them in right away and has taken care of them. I would not hesitate to refer patients or endorse Dr. Bruce and his practice.

I have already written a 5 star review on google from when I was a new patient over a year ago, but I wanted to thank y'all again for consistently great service and thank Robin for everything she does! Whenever I have a cleaning I get (relatively) excited to spend time with Robin because she is so sweet, confident, and takes the time to explain everything she is doing and why. I've learned SO MUCH about how to take better care of my teeth and have made positive changes to my routine based on her expertise. She is thoughtful and caring and you can tell she enjoys her job! I feel extremely confident leaving her after getting my teeth cleaned and even continue to research different things we talk about because it's fascinating. I really appreciate the attention and time she gives to me and think she's just amazing!!! I can't say enough good things about her! Thank you Thank you!

My husband began seeing Dr. Bruce a few years ago. He was very impressed with his work and professionalism that he encouraged me and our three children to go. I was reluctant because his office is almost a two hour drive from our home, however; it has been a great experience and we will never change dentists again. He uses state of the art equipment and gets to know each client on a personal level. His entire staff from the office manager up to Dr. Bruce exemplifies professionalism and courtesy. We have had major work done and now have beautiful smiles to show! I can not thank Dr. Bruce enough for our new smiles. If you are looking for a dentist and live anywhere in North or South Carolina, its worth the drive to go to UpstateSmiles!

Dr. Bruce and I go way back and I've always enjoyed my visits. He and his staff are caring and yet professional. He also cares for my 10 year old grandson, and loves his visits as well.

My husband and I have been going to Upstate Smiles for over ten years. We have check ups and cleanings every six months. When it came time to replace some old fillings I was concerned about removing the mercury and discussed with Dr. Bruce about using a tent. He had no problem with my request. I get a lot of compliments about the color of my teeth. I have whiting molds and get a tube of gel every year. The staff is always friendly yet very professional. If you are looking for a new Dentist office this is the place to go.

My family have been patients at Upstate Smiles for approximately 15 years. Dr Bruce has been more than a family dentist to us. My husband needed extensive dental work done and was extremely fortunate that Dr Bruce is a specialist and internationally respected teacher in the field of cosmetic dentistry. The process was painless, the location convenient and the change to his smile remarkable. The entire staff has always been professional and extremely accommodating. No matter what the extent of treatment needed they are the best!

I highly recommend Dr. Bruce and his staff. I have been an Upstate Smiles' patient for over nine years. I was involved in a logging accident and my injuries included shattered teeth. Approximately, twenty-five percent of my teeth were shattered. Three dentists preceded Dr. Bruce and none provided the care I needed. Dr. Bruce took "ownership" of my situation. He developed a comprehensive plan to systematically resolve my injuries. Evidence of the quality of Dr. Bruce's plan and care is that my current dental care consists of just the standard six month cleaning/check-ups. I am very pleased.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bruce for several years. He's a great dentist, a perfectionist about his work. He's not happy until you are absolutely satisfied. Maybe even not then, LOL. Seriously, his primary concern is for your smile looking exactly the way you wantand your overall dental health. As a professional broadcaster he has gone the extra mile to make sure that my speech pattern was not affected by the work I needed.Since going to Dr. Bruce I haven't had problem #1. I also had an emergency recently and he went above and beyond to make sure it was treated quickly. He's also a good Christian man who lives the principles he believes in. His staff is always friendly and helpful, a great group of assistants. I heartily recommend Dr. Bruce. Oh and by the way if you're concerned about anything hurting, I have never had a moment's pain when Dr. Bruce has treated me. He's a Blessing to know.
