The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Dr. Oh was very kind and gentle and the office staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining insurance payments. I was very pleased with the service received at the office.

I have always been fearful of the dentist. Clearly this is because I hadn't found one that made me feel comfortable, a lovely environment and a staff that completely put me at ease, until now. My fear is gone and I now know I will be diligent about future appointments. I am very pleased with Dr. Oh and the entire staff.

Everyone at Valencia Arts is amazing! They made me feel at ease when I was skeptical.. Dr.Oh is gentle and friendly as are his assistants! The Dental hygienist, Christina was fantastic!! Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Due to a bad experience with a previous dentist, I had not seen a dentist in years. I was afraid I would encounter another professional only interested in the next procedure. I was so surprised to experience a dentist and staff that cared for my well being and my schedule. Dr. Oh and his staff are friendly, professional and knowledgable. Plus they care bout your comfort and your time. I was able to schedule appointments that were convenient for me and regardless of the time - I have been met by courteous people. I highly recommend Dr.Oh and his fantastic staff!

Employees are friendly and take the time to explain in detail the procedure prior to touching your teeth. The dentist as well as the hygenist take the time to answer all your questions. The workmanship thus far has been great! First time that I've been to a dentist where there's been no hard sale!! Keurig machine and botttled water in lobby with a large array of magazines. Downside: you can't finish a magazine article because the wait time is very short.

Dr. Oh and the hygienists are very thorough and put patients at ease. The girls at the front desk are extremely friendly and helpful. The facility and equipment is very clean and modern.
