Dr. Cook has provided outstanding care for our Boston the beagle during her battle with cancer over the past eight months. Boston completed radiation treatments and is now taking chemo therapy. Dr. Cook describes treatments and results in a way that is easy to understand. She is caring, answers all of our questions and is very accessible. I highly recommend VSNT for any specialty treatment. All of the supporting staff are great.

Our questions were answered thoroughly and completely. Courtesy flowed freely. Our dog was treated well and he responded well to treatment.

the minute we arrived we were put in an exam room. The tech Ashley I believe got some info and made us feel right at ease. Then Dr Allstadt came in with her vet school student and spoke to us at length about what they were going to do that day by way of diagnostics and briefly discussed some treatment options. I had to leave my pet for a few hours and she went happily with them. She seemed comfortable all the time she was there which is rare, she’s usually shy and hiding behind me. We are hopeful for our dog to get treatment if possible and the vet was most helpful in answering Qs and explaining things. Very nice facility, I am glad I brought her here as I live out of town.

I am grateful for VSNT and the reasons are many! We have quite a few older pets that have had old age issues - cancer, heart problems, kidney failure, hyperthyroidism, infections. Having also worked in the veterinary field, I know the challenges from both sides. Because VSNT is a specialty practice, I have learned that whatever the issue, we are in good hands. If someone needs a CT scan - it can be done. Blood transfusion - done. You can pretty much name it and you are covered. Even if you are being “worked in” with an emergency and VSNT is crazy busy, the entire staff is relaxed, pleasant, and they tell you “my pleasure!” You find yourself relaxing too and feeling confident once you arrive that you are in the best place, even with a stressful emergency. I truly trust VSNT to take good care of my family using the best technologies and latest veterinary science. It is wonderful that after many years of bringing our pet children to VSNT, that VSNT feels like family too!

Very kind and treated Clio like she was one of their own. Dr Bailey was great explaining everything and Kimberly was wonderful. Hopefully we won’t be back but if we do, we know we’ll be in great hands
