Awesome experience. Was dreading get fillings done due to experience at a previous dentist. Village dental was awesome and even called the next day to check on me.

I can't say enough about the care I received. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years when I started having tooth pain. Even though I wasn't an existing patient, they got me in the next day and Dr. Springhetti was able to complete my root canal that day! The dental assistant, Erica, even stayed late to make sure it got done since I was concerned about being in pain over the holidays. Since then, the team of dentists and assistants has worked hard to help me get my dental health back to where it should be, and the office staff has been fantastic about helping me navigate my dental insurance. I actually look forward to heading in to the dentist because everyone seems to genuinely love what they do. I've made appointments for my husband and daughters to have their cleanings at Village Dental at Saxony as well. I plan to make them our family dentist for years to come.

I was a new patient & the staff was incredibly nice and comforting! They seem to have all the most up-to-date technology. I will definitely be continuing my dental visits at Village Dental & would recommend them to anyone!

Quality of care is great,office is very comfortable also the level of service and friendliness is extremely high in this world of any type of business you should always strive for continuous improvement but in the case of Village Dental there is not much more room for improvement you guys are GREAT and I appreciate you for taking care of my dental needs. I've always had a very pleasant experience at Saxony! The staff is very friendly & the facility is brand new and luxurious. Debra and the doctors I've worked with have always done a great job with my teeth. My wife comes here too and we are very satisfied customers!

After I arrive at the office, I like the promptness of being called in for my cleaning when it's my appointment time. Jamie tells me what she's going to do and adjusts the chair just right for me, according to the notes she has on me. She does her job thoroughly. Dr. Bender evaluates my teeth and answers any questions I might have. The quality of care, personal comfort and the friendliness of the staff project a dentist office that everyone can appreciate.

As always, having my teeth cleaned by Jamie is first rate. As Dr. Bender expanded his practice I did wonder if the quality of care would continue. Happily it has. The staff is friendly, personable, and always helpful. The entire office treats the patient as an individual and everyone seems to know you personally. I have, and will continue, to recommend Dr. Bender and Village Dental to one and all. Good job everyone!

I have had only good experiences at VillGe Dental! The staff is so kind and caring. I appreciate that they are always on time and do not keep me waiting. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have. Everyone in the office cares about my well being and dental health from the office staff to the dentist! I would recommend Village Dental without any reserves!

It starts with "location, location, location." Village Dental at Saxony is convenient & easy to find. I could walk or ride my bicycle to it as it is in a friendly neighborhood setting. There is a large parking lot if you choose to drive. Take a deep breath as you walk toward the building's doors & relax as the aroma of Jack's Donuts envelopes you. It is a calming elixir. Can't help but smile. The reception staff always greets you by name. The waiting area has comfortable furniture, magazines, TV , & a "kids" space with computers. Did I say waiting area? It never takes long for a hygienist to call you in & show you to well-appointed examining room. And, yes, there is a wall mounted TV, as well as a ceiling mounted TV. Just say what your favorite channel is & it will be changed to your preference. It is extremely accurate to describe all the staff & Doctors as professional. Updating of education is evident, & there is always a new "toy" to make the experience, safe, fast, & comfortable. Moreover, you are made to feel as a part of their family; that is important to me. Any questions I have or explanations that I need are approached as friends having a good chat. Also, I appreciate the payment plan choices available & opportunity to share them with my husband before choosing one. The email & text reminders are very helpful, too. Village Dental at Saxony has been a bonus in our move to Fishers.

The staff at Village Dental are what every healthcare environment should strive to emulate. I had not been to the dentist in 6 years and it gets easier every time I go. Crystal and Dr. Talbott were both fantastic.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcome and at home. The staff was so friendly and I really appreciated the hygienist, Nicole, for being extremely friendly and doing a great job with my teeth! Great experience as a first time client. Nichol did an excellent cleaning and was very informative when reviewing my x-rays. Your technology and computerization assisted with my enjoyable experience. The insurance lady was very helpful and I have scheduled further appts. for filling replacements. It was nice to know how to utilize my insurance to where I will have minimal out of pocket. Oh, and the teeth whitening; brilliant marketing. I will refer my friends.

I am always cheerfully greeted by name and made to feel welcome right from the start. The office is decorated tastefully, and the staff always adheres to an efficiently-run time table. The hygienist and dental assistants are always concerned with my comfort, and along with the dentist are so good about explaining what they are doing in terms I can understand. I enjoy all the smiles I see while I'm visiting, and I know when I leave the practice that I've gotten the best of care. I have highly recommended Saxony Dental to others and will continue to do so.
