I find that Dr. Kao and his entire staff are extremely professional and personable. I am very satisfied with my dental care and would recommend this dental practice. The office is very clean, neat and organized. Dr. Kao is professional, mature and has a calming and friendly demeaner.

They are always punctual and attentive. They never make me wait, especially Christina. She is very nice and outgoing. Dr. Kao has made me feel very comfortable and has earned my trust. Anytime I have questions, the staff always answers them thoroughly.

The entire office is very friendly and make you fell comfortable. the office is very clean Kate is great explained everything and was concerned as she was cleaning your teeth she wanted to make sure you had no pain. And of course dr. Kao is great

They are amazing, great custmer service very friendly , warm atmosphere!! They make you feel like your part of their family. Dr. Kao is very caring doctor he answers all your questions and the best is . He does not hurt drilling or needles when he numbs you . I would and will recommend him to any one who needs a dentis ! He is the best !!!!!!! :)

Thank you Dr Kao and Staff, I am afraid of getting shots in my mouth. I have nothing to worry about. Dr Kao is very gentle handed, nice slow injection asking me every step of the way if I was feeling okay. He made getting a shot as painless as it could be. He was kind and compassionate,- a very good Doctor. Thank you!

I have found Dr. Kao to be very gentle & caring. I was impressed & grateful that on my last visit he used just the right amount of novocaine that I was able to speak & feel normal within the 1/2 hour it took to return to my office. I appreciate the time he takes to talk with me & I never feel rushed. His staff is both friendly & efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Kao.

My husband and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr Kao. He is professional, kind, gentle with his procedures and always concerned about our comfort. It is obvious he is extremely knowledgeable and up to date with all the newest, well researched best practices. We were concerned about finding someone new when our dentist retired, but after our first appointments with Dr Kao we realized we had nothing to worry about; we were in safe hands. In addition, his staff is friendly, helpful and always willing to help with any appointment changes or insurance support. We highly recommend Dr Kao to anyone looking for a dedicated dentist who cares about his patients.

I am a devout coward when it comes to going to the dentist..I am so glad I found Dr Kao. Besides being the gentlest dentist I had ever been to he has a calming. soothing personality that helps relax you.. He also has a great sense of humor!. The office is neat and the people working there are friendly, curteous and explain everything to the patient. Dr. Kao is a very friendly doctor. He advises the patient on what procedures can be done for their problems. I really like going there!

I feel extremely blessed that I have you to take care of me. You are all that I have looked for and more. Your personality says it all. Your concern on a personal level is very comforting and all of the time taken with me is something special. I truly appreciate the fact that I can pay my bill monthly and that you have paid the finance charges and when I spoke to Cristina about you being on a Dental Plan she said you had already gotten one for me and paid for that. Dr. Kao is an excellent dentist. I went to him in a lot of pain from years of neglect on my part. He took his time and made a recommendation which I followed completely. I am glad I did as now I have no pain and my teeth look better than they have in years. He is very gentle and is always there to help. I would highly recommend him to all.

I have been extremely happy with the service of Dr. Kao and his entire support staff. They always are prompt, courteous and caring. I have had normal routine dental work as well as substantial major dental work including cosmetic and am very impressed with the level of knowledge and care given.
