Everyone at Whitehead Orthodontics has been friendly and professional. We were introduced to the staff and were explained everything from what to expect for initial visits, payment plans and reward incentives for our son. The staff always makes us feel welcomed. Scheduling appointments was easy and they made time for "emergencies" immediately. Also, there was little to no wait time. With a busy schedule, it's refreshing to know that my time is respected and valued.

Our experience with Whitehead Orthodontics has been very good. Dr. Whitehead and his staff are always friendly and professional. Special kudos to Tracy at the front desk. She has always been so helpful and kind - she wears many hats and makes a difficult job look easy! Dr. Whitehead keeps his patients informed of how things are progressing and everyone is very personable.

When both my boys needed braces, we kept getting the same advice, "You've got to go to Whitehead Orthodontics." We are so glad we took that advice. They have taken excellent care of us from the first exam and to our ongoing progress today! The friendly staff has been great helping us understand each step of the process and we could see the progress being made. Check-in is easy with a finger scan and there is rarely any wait time. We really appreciate that appointments are made with busy schedules in mind, and if an emergency comes up, from a broken bracket, to a need to cancel an appointment, the staff is very accommodating. We are very pleased with our overall experience with Whitehead Orthodontics.

The day that my braces were removed was bittersweet. I was oh so ready for the removal, but I realized that I would no longer regularly visit my new friends at Whitehead Orthodontics. Everyone was so nice that it made bearable the sometimes painful situations going on in my mouth. With every visit (and there were a lot) I knew that I would receive professional, yet personal, care.

Dr. Whitehead and his staff are genuine and caring. Initial contact prior to treatment was informative with concern for patient knowledge of the procedures and support. Appointments were easy to schedule. There was virtually no waiting room time with the staff ready for my appointment without delay. Details concerning progress were discussed at each appointment with time for questions. The results more than met my expectations. I was an adult who needed treatment due to recent movement of teeth resulting in biting into the soft tissue around the mouth when eating. Dr. Whitehead found the best way to approach and solve the problem. In less than 9 months the problem was corrected . . . success! Thank you!

Phenomenally talented, efficient, helpful, caring & friendly staff, including Dr. Whitehead, who are doing WHAT they were desgined to do!
