I used to dread going to the dentist but since I started going to "Who Does Your Teeth", Dr. Neal and his wonderful team have completely changed that for me. Each one of them goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable and in safe hands. I trust their judgement completely and never worry about any of the procedures that I have had done there. In fact, I actually look forward to my visits to the dentist now, which I think is fabulous!

Very welcoming and caring environment. Kristen explains everything so you understand. She is very interested in you and your dental health. Dr. Neal is awesome he makes you feel like you have always known him. He makes coming to have dental work done the best it can be. The staff is always upbeat and very friendly. Who Does Your Teeth is where you need to go for all your dental treatment!!!

All the staff are so focused and friendly They explained everything they were doing and I felt relaxed and experienced zero pain.. I was very happy with the care and service I received! I highly recommend them.

Several new faces - same great service. Dr Neal and the front office staff are still there doing great work. But with a couple new members including Marcus and Kayla. I had a chipped tooth fixed recently and Marcus assisted Dr Neal. Very calm, professional manner and with a smile. I'm not a big fan of filings but it helps when the team presents a calming vibe. Dr Neal and Marcus worked very well together - fix done quick! And I had my first full dental cleaning with Kayla last week. Very complete procedure done well. She has a good touch and infectius laugh - puts me at ease. I'm very glad she's joined the team. So even with the changes - still my dental office of choice!!

After years of poor dentistry by local dentists, Dr. Neal fixed all their mistakes. Now I have a healthy smile and a great check-up. The staff is wonderful and lots of laughter is heard throughout the office. I highly recommend Who Does You Teeth dentistry.

Hello everyone. My last cleaning by (I already forget her name) (Maybe too much rum) (Not Jen but she was good too) was as thorough and gentle a cleaning I've ever received. I have obtained my black belt in dental chair sittings and my voice is the voice of experience. As always it is fun to see everyone. We always recommend the team to all of our new tenants! A suggestion: develope latex gloves with beer flavors or liquor tastes..... See you next time.

Who Does Your Teeth? For the past 18.5 years there has been only one dentist in the greater Richmond Area that I have ever trusted with my Dental Health, Dr. Jeffrey Neal and the wonderfully friendly and vastly humorous team that supports him. This past week I received my very first crown. The entire process was in-house and easy. Dr. Neal's gentle hand at injections go virtually unnoticed. The chair you lay back in nearly lulls you to sleep were it not for all the fun conversations everyone is having. They are your friends, like family and Dr. Neal and his Team are the reason they are Who Does MY Teeth!!! Thank you guys!!!

Very good experience. I have complete confidence in Dr. Neal and his staff. They are very friendly and actually make me laugh even though I'm there to have my teeth worked on which some people consider to be no laughing matter. My visit to Dr Neal's office yesterday was just as pleasurable as always! I know many might say, that having work done for a crown might not really be pleasurable, but my statement is, in fact, true. The welcome that I received, plus the professionalism of Dr. Neal's staff is outstanding. Dr. Neal has worked on my dental maintenance and orthodontic needs for the past 14 years. The fact that I could walk out of the office with the permanent crown was a plus. With the latest equipment and the high quality workmanship, there is no other dentist that I would trust to improve my smile! Dr. Neal and Staff....you are the best!

As always, Dr. Neal and his entire team provided extraordinary service and care, beginning with my request for an appointment to the greeting at the front desk to the care in his chair. The team is genuinely interested in my ease, comfort, and care and are very helpful with little things like facilitating communication with my driver. always made sure I was comfortable explained everything answered all questions I asked VERY FRIENDLY (not at all like the usual dentist-scare) And very convenient- waiting area was nice, even as I was taken in almost as soon as I arrived (arrived early). Overall, I highly recommend them!!!

I was referred to Dr. Neal office by a co-worker. When arriving there I knew if was the right doctor for me, especial when the nurse help me with the directions to the office and standing in the driveway waving me down to the office. I was nerves and a bit uptight. They help me calm down and assure me that they will take care of me. My concern was did they really care about people that they serve. I felt the warm greeting from all of the staff, and when I met Dr. Neal what a loving person he is and his staff. They made me feel that they care and comfortable and the quality of care that I received. They made it convenience for me with my payments and work with my insurance. After have some work done it felt like surgery, but they call and check on me, how gracious that is. I just want to say thank you so much for helping me to believe that I can have a beautiful smile again, and ready to eat a nice juicy steak. They are like a family to me because they care about their patients. Love You Dr. Neal and the HOLD Team.
