The quality of care was top notch from the first phone call, where possible options and payment policy were discussed, to my appointment. The office is beautiful. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The doctor's assistant was so good I asked her if she was the dentist. The office is equipped with all the latest equipment. 3D X-rays were taken. Then Dr. Young came into the room, the x-rays were shown on the large monitors and Dr. Young explained the results of the tests. Next was the oral surgery and Dr. Young and his assistant explained each step as it was painlessly performed. The remainder of that day I rested and took ibuprofen. The next day I began eating whatever I wanted with no need for pain medication of any kind. No swelling, no bruising. Dr. Young's level of expertise is extraordinary. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of endodontic care.

During the whole visit, the staff was kind and treated me warmly. The office is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The computer monitors in the examination rooms have a screen saver with calming nature scenes playing while the patient is waiting for the doctor or the staff to assist. However, it was a short wait. My consultation with Dr. Young, was comprehensive and conversational. He spoke to me about the technical aspects of my dental situation at a level that I could understand. In the end, I had two options, but only one of those options required his services. Dr. Young was upfront with me and stated that his services might not be the best--or longest lasting option--for my situation. Before I left the office, the staff computed my cost of the procedure (after insurance) and prepared me for my next visit (were I to chose to have the work done with them). My appreciation to the whole office staff for my comfortable appointment.

My fiancé is very nervous to go to the dentist and everyone at Dr Young's office made her feel very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. We will refer everyone we know to this office. Thank you.

Having grown up with a fear of just hearing the term Root Chanical, I was very surprised by Dr Young's practice. His staff are very pleasant and personable. His equipment is state of the art. Each step of the procedure is explained to you. Although I was given a prescription for pain medication I had no need to use it. If I have to do this again this is the place I will have it done.

Excellent, cheerful office staff determined to make you feel comfortable during what for most is a stressful experience. Amazing high tech equipment and all sorts of options for the avoidance of discomfort. Makes you want to have a root canal!
