The staff were very professional; service was quick and friendly. The office is very neat. Couple of suggestions: suggest placing some magazines in the rooms; as well as small disposable cups at the sink. I think you are off to a great start at a great location. Good luck!

I was not happy about having to have a tooth extracted, but Dr. Patel did an excellent job of removing the tooth quickly and pain-free. It was am excellent experience overall.

I had a wonderful experience with prosper smiles this afternoon. The staff was very friendly and outgoing come in directly to the chair.. They did a fabulous job on the cleaning and quickly fixed my two cavities and got me out the door quickly. I couldn't have been happier with my care and I will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning.

Awesome! Dr. Patel and his staff are always friendly! The location is great for my family. Dr. Patel is thorough and friendly. The office is always clean and kid friendly. Taking x-rays is a piece of cake!

Great dentist & great office staff! Everyone was very friendly & made me feel very comfortable. I was a new patient but when I left the office, I felt like I had known everyone for years! My visit which I was very nervous for due to the pain I was having and previous dentist appointments turned out pretty good. I was very pleased with the amount of comfort I received from everyone in the office. It was in a very timely manor to where I had time to lay down for 30 mins when returning home before my children woke up. I loved how you could see all the x rays and pictures unlike other dentist offices that have them behind your chair. They also have netflicks available which I had never seen before. I for sure will recommend my friends and family just like I was recommended.

Wonderful experience at Prosper Smiles!! It is difficult to find a new dentist when you move. But Dr. Patel and his staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. He was gentle with my sensitive teeth and even gave me gum fillings to solve that problem. Just ate my first cold grape in years without pain! I definitely recommend Prosper Smiles to anyone.

A+++ I can't begin to explain the pain and fear I had from past experiences at the dentist. Dr Patel and his super friendly staff have given me the best service I could ask for. Wonderful experience!! I've gone to the same dentist for 20+ years until I recently moved to TX. Have been afraid to try another dentist but got to the point I had to. Dr. Patel and his staff were absolutely amazing. They were flexible with my schedule and I had an extremely short wait time. I went in for a cleaning and a small filling and experienced zero discomfort. AMAZING! They are all professional, friendly, technologically advanced, and most of all, patient. ** My elementary age girls loved getting their teeth cleaned there as well since they were able choose a movie to watch during their cleaning and wait times : )

At Prosper Smiles, you are greeted by the lovely voice of Emily, who is courteous and respectful of your time and needs. We recently moved to Texas and had two weeks before taking our  holiday vacation.  Emily worked her magic to have appointments and the follow ups for me, my husband, and our two kids. We were in and out, no unnecessary waiting.  My youngest kid was a bit scared but he found his toothfairy, Lacie (Prosper Smiles  dental assistant), who was super supportive. Dr. Patel is young and very intuitive,  a precise eminence of dentistry, he was communicative and captured my son's attention by informing him on basic changes and tips of how to improve his smile.  As for me, I had terrible past experiences where I lost a tooth due to a terrible root canal,  left with extreme anxiety. Not to mention, I had  always been very sensitive to cold and hot drinks, cold wind blowing through my teeth, sugar, chocolate or caramel, basically they were like shocking devices going through my teeth. Dr. Patel  was extremely patient with me and fixed my teeth painlessly. Within my second appointment my sensibility was gone... and for the very first time in my life, within my third appointment at Prosper Smiles  anesthesia/laughing gas was not necessary to simply clean my teeth, a true miracle!!!  The practice is fully equipped with the latest technology, very convenient to Prosper schools. All I'm saying is that if your time is valuable, you suffer from anxiety, and also want be educated about your dental  health, Prosper smiles is the right place!!!

Dr. Patel clearly uses the latest equipment and technology to enhance the experience and results and I am very satisfied. In addition, the office staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to ensure a positive experience and follow up to make sure no issues arise following dental procedures. Prosper Smiles has been a blessing for our family since our move here to Texas 18 months ago. They not only accepted our insurance, which has been challenging for this nonmilitary community, they also were extremely pleasant to visit with! Even my six year old loves to visit his new dentist now. Thank you, Prosper Smiles, for taking such good care of our family's dental needs, even with the smallest of details like the ceiling mounted tv for our children and the specialty coffees in the waiting room for us adults! You are family now to us!!

I do not find it difficult to give my opinion of my experience with the doctor and the staff of the office of Prosper Smiles Family Dentistry. The doctor and his staff dedicate themselves one hundred per cent to provide excellence in their service in a very relaxed and professional manner. Dr Vimal Patel treated me with concern for my dental problems and he performed an outstanding job in correcting them. I can say, I can smile with a lot more confidence now. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of his work in correcting my dental problems and I would recommend Prosper Smiles Family Dentistry to any one in search of a real professional dentist and staff that will meet your expectations in an modern facility with state of the art equipment .

Prior to that we spent 27 years in the North East (Connecticut and Massachusetts) and consequently we had a dentist in those areas also but no one as efficient as Dr. Patel. I have to say that in all the years of my adult life I have never seen a more professional atmosphere than Dr Patel's office; his staff is very friendly and ready to help.
