Excellent guys, professional, caring about the house and the furniture. Will absolutely use them again. I had a heavy couvh and recliner both with metal encasing and electrical cords. It weighed 500 to 600 lbs. they were able to move it out of my condo. Amazing job! Wonderful guys. I have their card to a friend who lives in my condos.

We originally called 911 Junk to remove 2 commercial refrigerator's. By the time they arrived to our store we asked them if they could take more items. They said Yes! They were so helpful and very professional. I would recommend their service to everyone and we will use them again.

I called them around 1 PM. They said someone could meet me by 2-3 PM . Within 30 minutes someone called. And by 145 someone arrived to start removing junk. They were nice, respectful, knew what they were doing, and fast. It was an expensive for the amount they did, and I would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks guys.

This was the best possible removal I could have wished for. Chris and his team were courteous and willing to help far and above just getting rid of my stuff quickly and calmly and efficiently. Their rates are great too! They gave me time to think about which boxes to keep or throw away, and even carried extra boxes from another place into the new space. Wonderful! I want to thank George and his company for the amazing work they did on my sister’s appointment. My sister has an emotional attachment with ALOT OF MATERIAL ITEMS, also known as a hoarder. Her apartment recently became infested with bedbugs. I called around and Tony, at 911 Junk, l put our worries at ease. Realizing the urgency, he had us on the schedule as soon as possible. When George and his assistant “Poppa” arrived they were very clean, professional, helpful, and most of all understanding. They were patient and understanding with my sister and her situation. They didn’t cast judgement, in fact they talked to her and comforted her as they removed “her precious belongings”. I called on the afternoon of the 4th of July not expecting an answer. But Tony answered and was helpful and positive. He gave me an approximate price over the phone and scheduled a next day appointment for the firm estimated price. The crew showed up exactly on time, gave me a very fair estimate, and told me they could remove my in-ground jacuzzi in 3 hours right there and then. They finished in 2 hours and left my yard clean and tidy. The crew were very friendly and happy. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! I will recommend them to friends and family as well as use this service again.
