Fast service easy to schedule and exactly as advertised. The guys that showed up were quick, professional and even swept the garage. I will definitely use this again!

All contacts with 911 Junk were positive. They were able to come the day after my call and arrived within the stated time frame. The men who removed the items were extremely professional and friendly.

Excellent! Chris and Farid were professional, courteous, and timely. I wouldn’t hesitate in referring your company to anyone. Chris called to ask me if they could come early as they had finished another job early. He told me what time they would be here and they were!

We called on Sat. And within 20 Minutes we were told a team could come within 15 minutes. We had a lot of leftover building materials like bags of cement mix. These materials are very heavy. The crew was great and cleaned up the entire mess. The pricing was fair and I highly recommend using 911 Junk.

I contacted 911 Junk CA to have a few bulk items picked up. Tony was super helpful setting up the appointment, and the two gentlemen that came for the pickup was very courteous and careful with the items and my property. This was a no-hassle, very quick service and I would definitely call them again for future bulk removal!

The 911 Junk team arrived on time as scheduled & were very professionally dressed. Nice company polo shirts & pants/jeans. They were very friendly and fast. My 1/4 load of junk was loaded in very short order. I used a competitor about 15 yrs ago & they charged way more than the $300 that 911 Junk charged today. I think 911 Junk is very competitively priced & versus a “do it your self” comparison to hauling it to the waste drop off yard, it’s a no brainer. The waste yard charges $125 (for 1,500lb) & requires everybody dropping off junk to wear a hard hat, safety goggles & safety vests, available for purchase there. Plus I (and my friends) would need to load the junk onto my truck & then unload it there. Add the lunches I would have to buy for my helpers & $300 is so worth it. I would definitely use them again. My experience was great , the team that made my pick up were friendly , thorough , and did a complete job . They all had great attitudes and seemed to enjoy there work . I was very impressed with the crew , from top to bottom , I wish I knew all there names to credit them.One of the workers took down this tall cabinet downstairs , it looked strenuous but he handled it with ease with no complaints he showed me the character of the guys that completed my pick up , very good job guys !!

I called this morning and was promised that a crew would come the same day. The guys who came were very professional and friendly. Even though it was late, they still came and took my things. I was very happy with the service and the great prices.

Two very pleasant men arrived on time and efficiently dismantled a metal roof. They carried everything away and even took some other junk away for the same quoted price. I was also impressed with the fast response from the office.

Called to say they had finished early from previous job and offered to come early if I wanted. 3 guys who showed up couldn’t have been more pleasant. Gave me a break on pricing because items for hauling off were just a few old rugs. Will use this outfit again in future and happy to recommend to others
