I would like to say that I was surprised on how caring and understanding the staff and the doctor was with me. Due to my circumstances I feel that I know I can be a little difficult at times with my medical condition and yet they were so patient and understanding with my circumstances at hand. They made me feel so comfortable and at home as if I was talking to someone I can trust which made me feel at ease and yes I truly trust in them with my healthcare and my personal feelings that I was able to share things with them and I felt that peace dealing with them so I thank them so much for all the kindness that they shared with me and yes to the doctor who dealt with me was so informed of it blew my mind away. I have heard of a lot of stories on how the doctors do not give you enough information. The doctors on this particular staff are the exception to the role they give you so much information that when you walk away you feel educated as you should as a patient, you also feel that you're in good hands and you trust your doctor every patient should feel. Not only do they talk to you and make you feel as if you are in good hands they will email you everything that you discuss and whatever your plan that you guys talked about in writing just in case if you were overwhelmed and you may have forgotten what you guys have discussed. As I have stated they are very good at what they do. I highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for an alternative way to find help for their medical needs. Once again if you're looking for a kind caring staff and doctor this is your place look no further there is no need you're going to be in good hands. Take it from someone who's done her research and who definitely has trust issues you found your new home. thank you very much for everything you have done for me and you are going to continue doing for me.

From my first phone contact with Kim through the first appointment with Dr. Chiu, I have found this practice to be staffed with knowledgeable, caring staff. The offices are warm and inviting. The staff are patient focussed. Dr. Chiu listened patiently and offered knowledgeable, helpful information and instructions. Kim entered the data for my application to the state of Florida. My husband and I are totally in awe of the experience we had yesterday. Starting with Kim who is wonderful, has such fantastic personality and knowledge for her position there! She immediately put us at ease. Katie was fantastic as well with doing my intake. Very patient with me. She has a lovely way of putting a person (me) at ease. Paula was everything I could have asked for in exhibiting ease and quality assurance and knowledge for my needs. She answered all my questions, gave me the pertinent information and made sure i understood! Dr Brown was just amazing! She, as well, kept me at ease and made my visit very personal and direct. She addressed all my concerns, and then some! I feel so confident with Dr Brown I would like to see her medically for concerns that need to be met. All in all, i have absolutely nothing negative to say, only very positive viewpoints. My husband and I are so thankful we found these wonderful people at AMRX!!! I now feel I can continue on with hope for my future!!

The staff was very friendly when I arrived. There was a minor glitch with the online registration process, but it was quickly taken of shortly after it was discovered. The doctor was very attentive to my issues and she was very informative. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend.

After reviewing several local marijuana doctors websites I selected AMRx. I’m glad Idid. Since I had no experience with marijuana,Dr Chu spend almost an hour and a half explain the different means of delivery, the type and dosage she recommended for me. The staff is great—they even enrolled me in the state program nd found the closest dispensary. No waiting for the doctor or staff.
