AMRX staff and clinicians are knowledgable, accommodating, timely, and compassionate. Though it was a small trek for me from Sarasota to their location in St Pete, it was well worth my time. They made the process simple and made me feel at ease. Chronic pain led me to this practice and I feel confident that with the doctors' help, I'm well on my way to managing successfully and living my best life. The entire office visit was professional in all aspects. The receptionist was pleasant, organized and completed her part of my office visit flawlessly. The nurse assistant worked with me to complete my registration in a very easily understood process. All my questions were answered and it was done in a timely and accurate way. Dr. Chiu listened, thoroughly reviewed my concerns and gave me a customized path to follow. Her answers were spot on and it was obvious she cared deeply about me and was doing her utmost to provide the best care.

Needing help with constant pain my neighbor suggested I call AMRX for an appointment to visit the idea that marijuana and CBD oils could help me as a natural solution for my pain. I was pleased to get an appointment the next day. Kim was helpful and another young lady helped me with my computer registration. Later I had my meeting with Dr Chiu and she spent time interviewing me and after I qualified for this form of help, Dr Chiu explained everything I needed to know about my recommended RX. It was a pleasant experience with kind compassionate people and I feel comfortable calling to ask questions any time.

I was thoroughly impressed by the staff and facilities of AMRX. As soon as you walk in you can see this is medical professionalism at its best. From Kim’s warm greeting, to Paula’s Cheerful assistance with my application and Dr Chu’s kind and compassionate help, my experience was 100% positive. Dr Chu gave me a generous amount of time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan and patiently answer all my questions. I was put totally at ease and felt I was among respectful friends. My daughter has autism and suffers from severe anxiety. The staff was very compassionate and communicated all the options with us. The doctor was very knowledgeable about all the options for using medical marijuana to help calm her mind and help her sleep.

As a soccer mom that never used marijuana or even smoked the stigma made me feel uncomfortable. However from the first minute I called to my meeting with the Dr. I was made to feel this was not only acceptable but the best option for me. I was given a complete prescription of the product, which one for was best for my pain, and what product would work for me .

From the moment I arrived, this was a very pleasant experience. Kim Poole, greeted me and immediately put me at ease, with her professionalism and pleasant manner. I was seen within a few minutes of arrival, by Dr Lora Brown. She puts you at ease immediately with her great bed side manner. She listens to your concerns and makes you feel like your health is important to her. She's compassionate, very knowledgeable and caring. It was a very relaxed discussion, without the feeling that your doctor is anxious to get to the next patient. She carefully answered all of my questions, then, gave me a detailed plan to address my issues. This was a great experience and I highly recommend her and her professional staff!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a professionally run Medical office with a very knowledgeable staff. Hard to find the words to explain the compassion, care and attention that y'all showed to all of my issues that need help.
