This place was amazing from entry to exit! They made me feel welcomed and at peace. The doctor was so sweet and caring! Very genuine! I would recommend care here, great staff and great environment!

I was seen within five minutes of arrival. The nurse, Whitney, and doctor were amazing. They addressed my issue and devised a plan. I felt very comfortable and well cared for at Advance ER.

They saw me so fast I hadn’t even had time to sign my name! Professional care, thoughtful explanations, water and tissues put me on my way to wellness. Plus they helped us find a pharmacy that was still open. Highly recommend this place!!

One Sunday morning, I hit my head which made a large cut that needed medical attention. From start to finish the place was great. They glued up the cut and I was out within 30 minutes. Next time I have an emergency, I will definitely be coming to Advance ER.

Under the circumstances of having to visit the Emergency Department, I would HIGHLY recommend Advance ER Park Cities. They have a genuine care about them that you don’t see in many hospitals these days. Dr. Chaing, and Dr. Rao (spell check) went above and beyond the times I’ve met them. Hands down the BEST ER in DFW.

Chasity had all of my paperwork ready when I arrived, I went in quickly and met the doctor and medical staff. Chasity and all of the staff made my visit super simple and quick. I was very happy!!

From the time I walked into the door, I felt like I was at home. Everyone greeted me with kindness and with a smile. The nurses were wonderful, the assistants were great and the Docter was awesome! I will for sure go back if needed!

There was no wait time and i was able to see a doctor quickly. Nurse Jeff and Dr Dennington made me feel comfortable. Nurse Jeff had a steady hand when taking my blood. The facility was clean and presentable.

First class facility and first class staff. I didn't have to wait-- I was taken back to my room immediately. Compared to a traditional hospital ER the cost was lower and the experience was fantastic. The doctor and nurses were extremely courteous and professional. I will only come to Advance ER from now on.

Amazing! Amazing doctor, amazing nurses, amazing staff period. They truly make you feel comfortable and at ease. If the ER wasn't so expensive, I'd be here every time I needed a checkup! Doctor and nurses responded super fast, and the wait time was inexistent. Thank you.

The staff was amazing - very attentive and friendly. Dr. Peters' bedside manor was outstanding, he answered all my questions (which were numerous) and made sure I understood what procedures needed to be done and why. The nurses were so comforting and checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed - updating me on what would happen next and when. Thank you for making an ER visit as good as it could be under the circumstances.

Walked in and seconds later met Jeff ,the buried, who was throurough. And Dr Yang was in room within 3 mins and X-rays etc etc went FAST.
