Awesome patient service, very personable care one on one...from the time I got there from the receptionist to the nurses...Emily,Jeff,Dr.Peters and the follow up team Dr.Meyers were just amazing... First class in every way. Facilities are amazing. Dr Petit and the nurses were on top of the situation as soon as I walked in. Complicated tests were performed quickly and efficiently. Such a relief to have this facility in our neighborhood.

You are a 'GREAT' team!! I was really concerned when I showed up. I'd had back surgery the day before, when I noticed bleeding on my back early Thursday morning. Vince confirmed my health coverage would cover the visit. LaShunda checked my vitals. Scott took a pic of the incision on my back. (smile) And, Dr. Chiang assured me I would be okay. My experience at Advance ER Park Cities was comfortable, convenient, and offered high quality care. From the front desk staff to the nurses, everyone was kind and listened to detail. Dr. Ronald Bryce was extremely attententive and informative. I received excellent care and walked out in a timely manner with confidence that the staff executed a solid treatment plan. I would highly recommend Advance ER.
