Wonderful staff that is extremely friendly and organized. Front desk always accommodating with appointments. Everyone from front desk to dentists always concerned about your well being. I am always amazed at how well this team of people work so well together.

After leaving a dentist that was not very customer friendly, I tried Ahoyt Family Dental at the recommendation of a friend. After my first visit, I was sold....from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt totally at ease. Jaime was INCREDIBLE~ she was kind, funny, and totally understanding of my fear of dentists. She asked me personal questions to get to know me and explained everything she was doing/checking for. The dentist was great, too: friendly, to the point (but not in a hurry), and easy to talk to. Ahoyt Family Dental is the only dentist I will ever go to. The amount of quality, genuine care you get is just amazing. Each and every person you come across is so willing to go the extra mile and then some. The facility is so clean & beautiful and most of all, very calming. But most importantly, the docs really know what they are doing. They talk directly to you & make sure you know what they're talking about. They are easy going, fun and very very caring. I would recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone. There is no other place that can compare.

I've been a patient if Dr. Ahoyt for several years now. I have always been happy with the helpful staff, the level of caring of the hygienists and doctors, and the cleanliness of the office.

I have had a lot of bad experiences with dentists in the past so I am very critical in finding a new one. It was an urgent need that I found Ahoyt. I called right as they opened and they had me in with two hours. They did an exam and pointed out and explained what was happening with my teeth and gums. They have pictures so I could really see what they were seeing and not just an x-ray. I was an active part of the decision on how to treat what I needed to have done. There was no pressure to have an elective procedure done immediately. I was very comfortable and relaxed. Everyone is so very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and cheery. And the hours are great for a working person like myself. I highly recommend this office.

I have been to several dentists in the past but this by far is the best practice I have ever been to! Everyone from the receptionist to the dental hygienists to the dentists themselves are so knowledgeable and personable!!! It definitely is such a great experience! My family and I will be coming to this practice for a long time!!

I have been going to Dr. Ahoyt for 8 years now. When I first moved to Plainfield in traveled all the way into Chicago to see my old dentist but after going to Dr. Justin once I was convinced that this was my new "dental home." I have experienced the staff there as friendly, polite, concerned and attentive. They have some of the same people working there as when I began coming 8 years ago which is a sign to me of a happy stable work environment. I have several dental issues with which I have to be concerned including gum deterioratin as well as grinding my teeth at night. Every time I come in they remember to check my gum measurements and have provided me with a night guard. Dr. Justin and the staff are always concerned about my comfort while they are working and try to make what can be an anxious and sometimes painful experience something that you no longer dread and avoid. I would highly recommend Ahoyt family dental to anyone looking for a highly competent and professional dental practice in the Plainfield area.

The wonderful Dental Tech that took my X-Rays, and cleaned my teeth would make any Dental Office shine above the rest. She is wonderful.

This was one of the best facilities that I visited. The staff and doctor gave me a complete evaluation. They explained everything in terms that a non-medical person could understand. This practice had professional and supportive personnel. It was my first visit and I will be returning.

I am extremely afraid of going to the dentist; however, I never had any issues with ahoyt & associates. They have always been friendly, kind and they actually listen to your concerns and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I just had a tooth pulled and was very nervous. The entire procedure was done before I knew it and loved the staff who made me feel so comfortable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My family and I have been patients of Ahoyt Family Dental for many years. The staff is very knowledgeable and carrying. I have never felt that any unnecessary procedures have been pushed on us. The technology is high quality and is geared toward patience's comfort. They utilize cameras so the patients can see the problem visually and understand what is happening and the proposed treatment plan. They are also great with kids. My daughter doesn't have any fear of dentists. She just kicks back and watches TV while her teeth are getting cleaned.

I called that morning and was seen right away for a broken tooth. They looked at the situation, discussed my options with me. They were able to fit me into the schedule and did the build up and prep work that day for my crown. Dr. Feller was kind, empathetic and did a wonderful job. I felt very comfortable with her and the rest of the staff.

From the very first visit I noticed the customer service levels were stellar. The atmosphere is top notch, always perfectly clean ( yes even the ceiling vents) ! The quality of care is amazing on every visit from the front reception to payment. Follow up is out of this world - I recieved a call back about a question right away ( after 8 pm moments after I sent a message to Sonia) amazing what other dental provider does that? Every visit the time is taken to discuss questions and they entire team gets to know you personally. We moved 2 years ago and I drive over 45 minutes because the care is like no other - and so is the trust with my family's dental care. Thank you Dr. Ahoyt for setting the standard in all areas of your business - it's true the little things make a big difference!
