In one word, impressive! I went in for an emergency tooth extraction, an experience one does not ever expect to be pleasant. Not only were they able to fit me in that day, they made me feel as if I was an important guest at their facility, not just someone they had to rush in (at the cost of their other patient's time). In fact, I have scheduled a routine appointment for this week. I won’t have to wait 6 months to a year just to have the rest of my teeth examined. The entire staff's customer service was genuine and exceptional, something of a rare find in today's medical field. They were welcoming, personal, professional, caring and above all sincere. They listened carefully to my worries and helped calm my anxiety. Dr. Martins was gentle and made sure I was as comfortable as one can be when having a tooth removed. It wasn't just the staff though, the environment was relaxing, inviting, spacious and accommodating. They offered multiple types of coffee and tea (I love my coffee and tea), water, multiple types of seating options (typical waiting room chairs to comfy lounge chairs), computers, WiFi and alternative rooms for children and others seeking a quieter more relaxing waiting experience. My favorite was the high ceiling in the hall with sunlight pouring in through the second story level windows. It was a relaxing wait. The Above Dental staff greatly exceeded my expectations on so many levels. They made me feel important and wanted and not just a number or an inconvenience as many other doctor’s offices have left me feeling. I am deeply impressed by the Doctors and Staff and highly recommend Above Dental!

I feel very good about the quality of care and customer service I received at Above Dental. It might be true that dental work is often inherently unpleasant but everyone at Above Dental was helpful, friendly, and competent. Dr. Michael Martins and Binh Nguyen RDH especially took good care of me. Thank you.

I went to Above Dental, with fears, I was so ashamed of my dental condition, but everyone treated me with such respect and caring that it changed all my negativity about myself. Dr. Martins is exceptionally nice and made me feel so good and gave me a good plan to follow, Wendy, is soooo nice, we were able to speak spanish and laugh all the time, and Sarah did such a good job, that I actually had fun in my teeth cleaning, the receptionist are also so warm and professional, in just one word,...I love Above Dental , thank you very much for your work and caring.

All of the staff at Above Dental are cheerful, helpful and caring. They are very good about working around my strange schedule. They give helpful advice about improving my oral care with each visit.

My visit today easy. My hygienist, Binh is the best. She has never kept me waiting. She has taken such good care of me I didn't even have to see the dentist today. But even if I did Dr. Brice is the best dentist ever. I booked my 6 month checkup before I left, this is a great place for dental care!!

Binh is wonderful and very caring. She insures you are comfortable through the cleaning and does an excellent job.

Going to the dentist is nerve racking! Excellent customer service to continuity of care- all the T's are crossed and the I's are dotted. Your staff is exceptional and made me feel that everything will be ok. My dental hygienist was so good! My X-ray tech- wonderful!

Binh Nguyen is the best dental hygienist I have ever experienced. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind at the time time. I highly recommend her work.

Finally, at age 78 I encountered a dental hygienist who taught me how to properly brush my teeth. Now I can more realistically expect to get another 20 years use from my existing teeth.

The new office is awesome and the care I receive is always top notch. Porche is the best!! She is considerate, always upbeat, and enjoyable to have work on my teeth.

I have been with Above Dental for quite some time and have always been treated well. My hygienist Binh, is kind, positive, encouraging, does a good job and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Brice and Dr. Martin do a great job and they too make you feel at ease. The staff is super great. You can't go wrong using Above Dental for the care of your teeth.

I had my teeth cleaned today by Binh and checked by Dr. Brice. Both were very friendly, caring, and professional. Binh frequently checked on my comfort level. Everyone you may meet in the office is welcoming and helpful. I will be ready to go back to Above Dental for my next check up.

I have been very happy with Above/Apple Dental in the almost 6 years I have lived in Coos Bay. It was very hard for anyone to live up to my previous dentist in Malibu, CA, whom I had loved for over 25 years! Dr. Brice has been wonderful, and I like his new partner, Dr. Martins, too. But it is Binh that I love. She nags with motherly concern and comforts and extols like an angel.

I have been going to the folks at Above Dental for a few years now and I have always been pleased with the service and with the people there. From my dental hygienist Bihn to Dr. Lee and Dr. Bryce. They have made it enjoyable to go to the dentist rather than something everyone tries to avoid. Thanks to everyone.

I have been with Apple Dental and now ABOVE dental for several years. I have found staff always friendly and concerned about my dental care. They listen to my concerns and have treated me with respect. I also love that they have a sense of humor that helps patients feel more at ease. I would recommend them to anyone and I do all the time. Thank you for providing great quality care. Plus thank you for developing a yearly program for helping people that do not have insurance or money for dental care. This is such an amazing thing to do. My past dental experiences with other dentists have produced much anxiety. However, meeting the Above Dental group has been a totally relaxing experience. I have had several appointments with staff, twice for cleaning with Binh. She puts me immediately at ease. She's focused, gentle and caring and way Above what I have experienced in the past. I recommend her and their entire staff to anyone who is as finicky as I am about dental procedures.

Bihh cleaned my teeth better than anyone has in my long life. She has done it twice. I sat in confort the entire time I was there. Nice new office! Very convenient locstion.

Friendly, professional, wonderful care. My dental hygienist Porsche was very thorough, she explained everything and recommended some great things to help my teeth stay healthy. Met Dr. Brice he answered all my questions and his office even gave me a goodie bag. From the inviting atmosphere, to the all smiling staff I highly recommend them.
