I am lost for words to describe how great an experience I had at Above Dental. I came in as a new patient expecting to just get an exam and the staff somehow squeezed me into the schedule last minute for a cleaning. The receptionist was courteous and helped me with questions about my paperwork. The X-rays were quick and I really liked having the assistant let me see the images. The doc was extremely knowledgable and took time to address my questions. The hygienist Bihn was completely off the charts amazing! She was quick and I have never had a cleaning without any discomfort before. She also took a lot of time to educate me about spots that I had been missing in my day to day tooth care routine. Every member of the staff I dealt with was really friendly and I felt like everyone liked working there. You don’t see that every day in health care.

I am happy that I was able to call and have a new patient appointment within a week and my teeth cleaned with in the following week! I know I was lucky, but that is awesome. Everyone in the office is super friendly and my hygienist, Binh, provided a very thorough careful cleaning.

I have been using the dental services at Above Dental for over 5 years and am very happy with the quality of care provided. I am always impressed with the way the offices are setup, with many hygienists and dentists working, yet it always feel private, comfortable and geared to my individual needs. The care and attention I have received from Binh, who cleans my teeth twice per year, is excellent, thorough and personable. I intend to continue with this dental practice and am also grateful that they offer a monthly payment plan through Illumitrac, which is a great way to save on dental work and spread out the cost of my annual xrays/checkup and several cleanings per year. I highly recommend this dental hygienist, Binh, and the whole dental office!

I've been going to Above Dental for over a year and I've been very pleased with the staff and care I've received from them. Everyone is very kind. This last visit was regarding a crown on my implant that was broken. Dr. Johnson explained exactly what to expect before he proceeded and during the examination he asked several times if I was comfortable. After the examination he patiently answered all my questions. I couldn't have hoped for a more pleasant dental experience. Jenna, the assistant was also very attentive and friendly. Even those in the billing department were friendly as I was offered different payment options. Thank you Dr Johnson, Jenna and all the staff!

Always a great experience!

Finding quality dental care can be challenging in a small community. Above Dental quality of care is worth the 3-hour round-trip drive. Binh provides excellent skills and gentleness when cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Ong is the best. If you have had painful experiences in dental care in the past, this is the place for you.
