I'm very favorably impressed with the professional, competent and caring staff at Apple Dental. My husband and I recently moved to the Coos County area for retirement. Our first visit to Apple Dental included thorough exams and a plan for care. The following appointment addressed cleaning,filling my husband's cavities and replacing my broken crown. A follow-up call in the evening to make sure we were doing OK after our procedures surprised us as no other Dentist had done so. We are very happy with Apple Dental and look forward to future care!

I broke my dentures the day before Thanksgiving & was able to have them repaired that very day. The staff is amazing and very professional. Thank you Apple Dental.

First let me say that I am not a fan of dentists and dental work, just like about 90% of the people on the planet. This being said, I have been to many Dentists through the years and have always had low expectations and not been totally happy with the quality of care I received. Recently I had two fillings come loose and found one in the cheese burger that I was eating. Oh Dread and Sorrow. My wife is a real wuss, when it comes to dentists and needed valium just to have her teeth cleaned. She found Apple Dental in North Bend Oregon and has been very with the quality of care she received. Well OK, I will give the a shot. I contacted Apple Dental and was given an appointment on Saturday afternoon. Surprised to find a dentist that worked on the weekend, I took the appointment that was 6 days away. A day later I received a call asking me if I could come in early. Sure, You bet. I asked when. 8:30 the next morning, 4 days early. Great, I was happy. I arrived at the office and was greeted by some of the most pleasant and professional office personnel that I have seen. I filled out the paperwork and wondered how long I would have to set in the office before being seen. I hate waiting in an office, and looked at my watch to check the time. It was 8:29 am so I sat back for the wait. I then heard my name called, checked my watch and it was 8:30. That was a new experience and that I enjoyed. No waiting. Within minutes, I had been seated, interviewed, x-rayed and medicated. This was some of the most gentle care I have ever received. The dentist, DMD Devin Brice then started working, and in very short order had my problem fixed with almost no discomfort to me. Dr. Brice was very conscious to make sure that I had no discomfort, that was not necessary. I have never had an experience that was as pleasant with dental work. Dr. Brice was very professional and pleasant, even though he appears very young. Probably older that he looks. The staff was also very professional and pleasant. At that point I was asked if I wanted to come back for x rays and cleaning to make sure every thing was good. Any other dentist I would have said no without hesitation. I suddenly heard my voice say yes and asked when. I expected to hear next week or longer. The lady at the desk said, tomorrow am at 7:30. Completely surprised I said yes. The following morning I was at the office, and at 7:30 was taken back to start the work. I loved the no waiting part. The dental assistant the x rayed cleaned my teeth. This lady was also very pleasant and professional. Dr. Brice came in a short time later and informed me that I needed no other work. This was very surprising to me because other dentist I have been to always talked about shadows on the x ray and tried sell me on work that was necessary. Long story short. I would recommend Dr. Brice and his staff to anyone that needs Dental care. They are conscious of the needs of their patients, are very courteous and very very professional. My experience at Apple dental was amazing from the first time I walked in the door. I have feared dentist my adult life due to a horrible experience and I avoided them at the cost of my dental health. The first visits with Dr. Brice was unforgettable. He had so much compassion. He could sense my fear and was very kind and gentle. Yes he told me my bottom teeth needed to come out but he let me make the decision without pressure. That decision took me a few years to make. The staff is so kind. They are upbeat and treat each patient with special individual care. I will encourage people to choose Apple Dental for their dental care. It is a choice you will never regret. This I know very well.

I have always been pleased with the attitude of the staff at Apple Dental. They explain what and why they are doing something and they encourage rather than criticize their patients in order to help us to do a better job of caring for our teeth. My first visit was an emergency toothache. A tooth had broken off and I needed the roots removed. Dr. Lee took out the roots that day with no cutting of the gum tissue. This was important to me because I take blood thinners and I have to be careful of any bleeding. I was also impressed that Dr. Lee called me that night to check on me. All the employees at Apple Dental are cheerful and attentive. After several bad experiences with other dentists, I am happy to be with a practice that cares about not only my teeth, but also my welfare. Thanks to all the staff at Apple Dental, Maureen Andrews
