Are you considering a new dentist? Are you interesting in locating a different dentist? Have you paid for expensive procedures and continue to have issues with previous dental work performed? If you answered yes to any of these questions I strongly recommend you make an appointment with Dr. T. I absolutely dislike dental visits, but Dr. T and staff were extremely caring and made me feel so comfortable I forgot to feel apprehensive! When making an appointment, I look forward to the next visit as Dr. T makes it pain free during and after the procedures. His knowledge of pharmaceuticals surpasses that of other dentists I visited and he knew which drug would least affect my allergy to painkillers. I actually located Dr. T by accident, but he is now the only dentist I trust! I arrived initially in severe pain from another dentist who was unable to properly diagnose my cracked molar root. Believe it or not, Dr. T took the time to come to the phone personally and discuss my symptoms which led to an immediate diagnosis. He told me to come in right away so he could deaden my gums and provide pain relief. OMGosh, words cannot describe how grateful I was to finally be pain free. He advised what the treatment was, extraction and tooth implant, and we proceeded from there. Dr. T is very detailed when he speaks with you regarding diagnosis and treatment. He takes the time to explain all the procedures, explaining all the pros and cons so I can make an informed decision. Have a question? Dr. T does not mind and he describes procedures in layman terminology; not dental terminology I am unfamiliar with. Most important, Dr. T is a dentist with a sense of humor! Even when all I can discuss is the negative aspects that, well, frankly scare the bejeebers out of me; Dr. T talks to you about the positive effects when he is done. Want a radiant smile? Dr. T can deliver the goods! The staff is so nice! Both my boys love coming to get their teeth cleaned. No one rushes you in and out the door; everyone takes the time to make sure you are comfortable, cared for, and feeling cozy. You can watch NetFlix, relax, and let the capable staff do all the work. I love the fact they talk to you about personable everyday things and make you feel like you are the most important patient of the day! If you read Dr. T’s bio, he graduated at the top of his dentistry class; and all those smarts really show in his quality dentistry. He even updates his knowledge by attending dental seminars to keep abreast of the newest trends in dentistry; providing his patients with the best available techniques. Now, I am not a rich person nor do I save for upcoming dental emergencies, so the fact Dr. T has top notch billing personnel to assist me in gaining the most from my dental insurance really helps financially! Aqua Dental even bills both my husband’s and my dental insurance plans. Wow, very few dentists go the extra mile so their patients are out of pocket the least amount of money. Do you need payment arrangements? I did and Dr. T’s staff helped me figure out the best route I could afford. I could spend an hour or more telling you how great Dr. T and staff are; however, the best way to know is to simply make an appointment and judge for yourself.
