Wonderful relaxing

I do not have insurance and wanted to pay cash. I'd called around and was told many places do not take cash. Then I got a mailer from Autumn Lake Dental along with an awesome coupon for first time patients. I called and was told cash is accepted and they scheduled me an appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and gave me lots of great information. When I came in for my appointment, Ana was on the phone helping a customer but still handed me the initial forms! I was impressed by the multitasking as I was able to get right to filling out my information. Ana was friendly, professional and had a smile on her face each time I spoke with her! A real genuine smile, not the fake kind! I was called back as soon as I was finished with my paperwork. Amber was my hygienist and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. She walked me through every step of the process. I hadn't been to the dentist in 5 years, possibly longer and I didn't get any type of lecture just told she was happy I was there! My gums were in worse shape than I had realized and of course I wasn't thrilled with the news but Amber told me all of my options and because she knew budgeting was important to me, she assured me that any additional treatments or procedures she recommended would come with a quote and payment options. Amber was friendly, personable and pleasant. She had a smile in her voice and her voice was soothing. She told me a little bit about her family and that made me feel like I was truly a patient. She was very gentle. I have TMJ and even though I normally don't have pain during a cleaning, I'm usually sore right after and for the next 24 hours. I experienced absolutely no pain after! The Dentist came in and examined me. She was very pleasant and soft spoken. I appreciated that she listened to me and it wasn't a rushed thing. When I asked if I could use the restroom in the middle of my exam she assured me it was fine! That was super sweet because I hate to get up in the middle of an exam but couldn't wait. When we were finished with the appointment, Amber walked me up front and explained that they would give me some quotes for a few of the recommended procedures. Like I said, I'm on a budget and even though one of the procedures is really important for me to have done ASAP, I didn't feel pressured or like they only wanted my business if I could pay and have the procedures immediately. I was so impressed with my visit that I would recommend Autumn Lake Dental to anyone! Thanks for a wonderful visit and making my first visit back to a dentist office so pleasant and easy!

The staff is super friendly, extremely welcoming. The atmosphere of the office is pleasant and warm. I normally do not do well with x-rays, but the state of the art technology and the kindness of the technician made it fairly easy. I'm very pleased that we found your office, my only wish is that we had found it sooner!

My children and I had a really pleasant experience with our first visit. I no longer want to drive miles away just to see my old dentist so decided to look for a doctor in Oakley where I live. . And thanks to Google , I found Autumn Lake Dental. Kitty, Dr. Noush Alaie, Jay, and everyone made us feel at ease. Kitty did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Noush is awesome too..

I just would like to say that I haven't been to a dentist in years due to a bad experience I had from a previous dentist. The staff at Autumn Lake Dental made me feel very comfortable from the time I entered the dental office until I left they answered all my questions and explained everything due to my dental plan. I returned a few days later to start my treatment plan and even though I was referred to a oral surgeon, Dr. Nous and Dr. Ton did the best they could in my situation. Thank you so much for what you did and making sure I was definitely comfortable with coming back to a dentist again. I can actually say I can't wait to continue my dental treatment with Autumn Lake Dental. I highly recommend you all.

I was impressed right away by the nice, modern, and clean facilities. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly. I felt they were extremely competent and honest. I have felt pushed at other dentists to have certain procedures I did not want, but was not pushed at all here. The dentist spent a lot of time with me, answering my questions and educating me. I felt they went above and beyond with what they explained to me, and what they had to offer that I was interested in hearing about. I was comfortable the entire time I was there.

The quality of service was excellent . The facility is very comfortable with good ambient environment. The staff very friendly and accommodating . It like they've known me forever.

Nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is explained and the staff makes sure you understand what costs and procedures. Just had 5 cavities filled and the doctor and assistant made sure I was comfortable . I truly appreciate the level of care they provide.

I was very nervous about changing Dentist after having the same one for over 30 yrs. Wasn't sure if I wanted to commute from the bayarea to Oakley. My first visit with this office was the best by far. Dr Ton and staff was very friendly and professional. Love the updated equipment! I will definitely be telling my family and friends about this office for sure. Worth the commute by far!
