Dr. Ton and his assistants are friendly and attentive as always. When I went in to have my wisdom teeth extracted, they made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. They are also flexible when it comes to financing such procedures. All in all, it was a very stress-free experience and I'm grateful for that!

I had a wonderful experience at Autumn Lake Dental. My husband and I recently moved to this area and needed to find a new dentist. We decided to give Autumn Lake Dental a try. We are so glad that we did! Everyone in the office was amazingly friendly and made us feel immediately at ease. The quality of care they offered was top notch. The staff is very courteous, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Autumn Lake Dental.

My experience was comfortable I had extraction done the doctor was gentle and friendly even the staff they did a great job that I dindnt feel a thing when they did the extraction. I'm one of those people who has had bad experiences almost every time over my life time, and because of that I avoid and procrastinate going to the dentist. I've been receiving flyers in my mail and one stood out for Autumn Dental. I'm over due (by many years), so I made the call and was treated very well in questions, Insurance,and scheduling flexibility. At my entrance to the office I was very impressed with the warm welcoming, Decor and accommodations (True to the flyer). When I was called in, I was introduced to the friendly Staff, shown around (upscale Spa Resort feel, with a warm and relaxing feel). High Tech Equipment was impressive. I was introduced to Lynn, who would be doing my initial exam and cleaning, She is Freindly, caring and gentle. The best experience I've ever had by far (Thanks for taking my anxiety away Lynn!) Lynn introduced me to Dr. Ton , who is very nice and "easy going". He explained there business philosophy and procedures before starting. He also was caring and gental. He was thorough and was patient explaining everything he saw. He gave me a long term plan and options. The entire Staff was exceptional, and treated me like Family or an old friend! I'm actually looking forward to going back !! My wife is so surprised with my experience, she making an appointment next week for herself!

I'm very impressed with the whole experience. Dr. Ton and Shamra are a confident and professional team. They obviously truly care about the patients they serve.

Everything went great! All the staff that I interacted with were professional while being personable. My teeth felt cleaner when I left as well. Only thing I would change is the strength of the air freshener in the waiting room.

I was great

Since I was very unsure about going to the dentist due to a past bad experience. I checked into Autumn Lake Dental. Let me just say from the moment of my first call into the office to schedule my appointment I knew I found the right dental office. They were so caring and concerned from the moment I walked in. You don't feel like you are going to the dentist it almost feels like a spa. And I cannot say enough about Dr. Ton, he listened to me with the patience of a saint as I explained my fear of going to the dentist.

I am very happy with my choice to become a patient at Autumn Lake Dental. Dr.Ton and his staff are very friendly,accommodating and they make sure you are comfortable during your visit. They were able to see me very quickly in an urgent situation which I appreciated greatly. They have evening hours which worked out perfectly, as we all know it can be difficult to take time off of work. Wow, you need to experience it to believe it. Dr.Ton and his staff are the most caring individuals. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, secure and well informed about your dental needs. Their patient rooms are almost spa like. Comfortable chairs with neck support, televisions on the wall and ceiling and even a blanket if you get cold. Very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend you visit their state-of-the-art office and experience it for yourself.

My experience with Autumn Lake Dental was great! All the staff made my two kids (6, and 10) and myself feel very comfortable and welcomed! All the staff always asked if I had questions and would answer them. Both my kids and I are looking forward to our future visits.
