I love these guys. They are responsive the phone operator (I forgot her name) is super sweet, polite and efficient. I have a neighbor next door who basically lived in a dump and had no electricity. She moved and some rodents have migrated over. I was so stressed but these guys responded first thing in the am. Definitely worth the money.

Baxter's services definitely work! Last year, we got a one-time service, which maybe wasn't entirely worth the money. But the quarterly service *definitely* pays for itself--I highly recommend the quarterly service. From the office staff to the techs who have come out, Baxter is clearly staffed by folks who are reliable and experienced. They're also super nice. As I've been telling friends around town, this "Cadillac service," for the peace of mind it brings, is worth way more to me than fancy jewelry or anything else!

Jonathan did an exceptionally great Professional and Expert job “Termidor Termite Treatment" in what I had visualized as an invasive job in my house he made non-invasive and customer friendly. Also, on the administrative side my compliments to Katina for her expertise and working with me through the processing of a difficult job made easy. Wow! What an exceptional job Baxter Extermination performed on the HUGE wasp nest removal job at my mothers home. I wish there was a way I could show you the picture, but suffice it to say it was a 30 inch long hornets nest and was so creepy to look at. Jonathan came and expertly removed it with no disturbance to our home or residents. Thank you!!

We've used Baxter for the last 3 years, and have only good things to say about them. They initially came to our old rental house, where we lived with what I can only assume was a colony of mice. I don't know where the mice came from, but their diaspora arrived in our rental house through the dozens of openings that our landlord failed to patch, and they decided to settle down and build their mouse community in our basement. Finding our landlord unresponsive, we buckled and called Baxter. They were out there within a day and patched up the entire house, soup to nuts. They gave us a guarantee that if we found any evidence of mouse activity, they would take care of it for free. Since then we've moved into our own house, and the first thing we did was call Baxter to check it out and make sure traps were laid and the entrances were patched. My fingers are crossed, but we haven't seen a mouse yet. All I can do is recommend them in the strongest possible terms. When someone prevents mice from pooping in all your pots and pans, it instills an appreciation that never goes away.

Jonathan was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He came out very quickly to assess the situation for us. He examined where the mice issues might be coming from and took steps to resolve it. We caught another mouse on a trap after the initial visit but he came back for a follow-up visit the next week and did some more things and we haven't caught or seen any mice since the second visit so we're very hopeful that the mice problem we had is improving.

Great service. First time customer. Received call back from Johnathan within an hour after leaving a message. Johnathan said he would be at my residence in an hour and he was early. Performed termite inspection, took photos and clearly explained to me results and followed up with email and photos. Baxter will now be my Pest Control Service provider. This was on a Sunday. Ronald
