I called last Saturday evening and received a convenient Sundsy am appointment. I had no idea you guys were even open. The technician that came to our house was extremely polite and detailed. My neighbor saw the technician on the exterior and ended up taking a service also which was a plus. We received 10% off our service because of the neighbor referral and I'm confident that the mice won't be a problem after the service. We pretty much went through every room of the home and I ended up throwing away a lot of storage in the basement that was mice infested:(

I wanted to share a good experience with a company that impressed me. Specifically, Catina who is a great asset to Baxter Pest. She is courteous, professional and a great personality. I have had to use Baxter three times for different issues at two properties and these guys earned my business and I referred them to a few folks in my tip club. Great customer experience does still exist. Thanks Catina.

Well it all started with a frantic call from the tenant in my rental property saying she saw bedbugs! Now this was more than a little disturbing to me since I use part of the same property for storage. Just the thought of those creepy things in my stuff made my skin crawl! Before this I heard about bedbugs but I never actually saw one of those things! I immediately began my online exterminator search and after calling a number of different companies, I settled on Baxter Pest Control. The service rep took my info and explained the service options to me. I asked her to call the tenant directly to explain how she needed to get ready for the service and she said she would. I wanted to make sure she had the right info. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day - what a relief that was! I asked if I could get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival so I could meet the technician at the property and she said no problem. Now on the day of the appointment I met them at the property and after a thorough inspection they did the treatment and gave the tenant info to call for follow up. I have to say these guys were prompt, professional and thorough and the cost of the service was more than reasonable. I haven't got any more calls so like they say "no news is good news"! Hope you never have this problem, but if you do, I would definitely recommend these guys!
