Whether a routine visit or something more complex the care is always state of the art and first class. Your Pet is always treated as if he/she is one of their own. From the highly trained veterinarians,technicians, and staff personnel, your pet always receives the best professional and personal care. Your Pet is always treated like a member of their family. Dr. Benbow has always been a great vet in my opinion. I think she is awesome with dogs and look forward to seeing her again. I've been going here for many years. A feq times I had to go somewhere else but counldnt wait to come back.

With reservations and hope I scheduled an appointment at Benbow Veterinary Services at the suggestion of my veterinarian, who had treated my aging female doberman, but had exhausted the resources available in conventional practice. She advised that I seek acupuncture treatment when the conventional drugs were no longer giving Mia the support she needed. What a warm and gracious welcome we received at Benbow. Mia was immediately won over by the staff and their affections and reassurances. Dr. Benbow too was most gracious, sitting on the mat on the floor with Mia and performing the dry needle procedure as if she were feeding or grooming Mia. Very informal AND professional. A sign to me is observing experts work their practices with ease, style, and grace. Lomg story short, I don't expect miracles, but I have seen a transformation in my dog's mobility and spirit. It is as if she is prompted to cooperate with her therapy. She has demonstrated resolve to work with the energies that flow from her treatment. Her quality of life has been enhanced. And I regard the decision to offer her this opportunity to continue down this path of life one of my most fruitful and fulfilling decisions. I am now an advocate of this healing process having experienced such holistic care and promising results at Benbow Veterinary Services.

Dr. Cynthia Benbow has been my dog's vet for many years. She has kept him with me through an enlarged heart, seizures and acupuncture when he couldn't stand. My precious Silver Toy Poodle was diagnosed with kidney failure in early January. He has been getting Sub Q fluids three times a week since then. It is now May 15, 2019 and he is still with me and happy. I'm praying he stays with me until after August 16, 2019, his 20th birthday. THANK YOU DR. BENBOW! Darlene Monroe

We love Benbow Veterinary!! The moment you walk in to their office you are welcomed. Everyone is so very nice,understanding and compassionate. I would highly recommend them. Even though we lost our gentle giant Creechy to cancer, we know that they were everything we expected for the care our baby was given. We only had him for another 4 days. I called them after our baby crossed over the rainbow bridge. We recieved a call to express their condolences from Dr. Benbow and staff Thank you Dr. Benbow and staff.

I have brought my 7 year old dog to get acupuncture with Dr. Benbow for the last 6 months to help him recover from a bone infection he suffered as well as arthritis. He has responded extremely well. Dr. Benbow and her staff are very knowledgeable and really make every effort to help my dog feel comfortable during his treatments and I plan to continue his acupuncture treatments there.

We have been here 3 times now. For our cat Fancy Pants. Everyone has been very helpful and informative. They show a genuine concern for the well being of our cat, which is most important to us. Everyone we have seen has been very upfront with us about his condition and what to expect, or not expect. We feel welcome, and we trust the care we have received for Fancy Pants. Thank you all so much!!
