Love this clinic and Dr. Newman. So professional and loving to pets and pet parents too. Would definitely recommend this clinic and staff. Dr. Newman has become part of my family. My fur babies, Mischief & Mayhem, love her.

I recently found a kitten outside while walking into work and Benbow Veterinary is on the same street. They welcomed the kitten without hestitation and cared for her the entire day until I was able to pick her up after work. They did provide important information about my new kitten and the quality of their vacations. This is not something I've received in the past by other vets. We just finished the first round of vaccines and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and I didn't have to wait to see the Vet. I am very pleased with the customer service and pet care.

Excellent visit (as usual). The staff is always a treat to visit, as they all provide great care for Olive Oyl. Dr Benbow is pleasant and provides the best care for Olive! Thanks!

Staff is always friendly. Dr, Benbow is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate and understanding of any limitations. I started with Dr. B several years ago when my dog, a Lhasa Apso rescue who was a puppy mill survivor, had multiple serious problems. I was overwhelmed (as was my previous vet) by all her problems. Dr. B patiently and expertly addressed each problem and in a matter of months had my girl stabilized and on the road to good health and has kept her in good health ever since. My only minor negative is the location. When we started,the clinic was less than 3 minutes from my house. Now it takes a while longer - but worth the extra few minutes.

I brought my elderly rabbit in for acupuncture to help her arthritis and she already seems more relaxed, just a few hours later. I'm looking forward to seeing her improve even more with the next visit.

Benbow has consistently ( over several years ) given great care to our geriatric dachshund named Lilly. Dr. Benbow and her staff are always so helpful and Lilly's care has included pain control for arthritis and spine issues as well as Acupuncture plus surgery to remove some sizable skin growths that were done with local anesthesia and TLC. All of the care has been excellent an I would recommend their practice to other dog owners and from my experience - especially recommend their care for older dogs!

Benbow Vet Services is wonderful! Dr. Benbow has helped my 11 year old dog cope better with her arthritis by doing acupuncture. My dog's behind would fall onto the ground when stopping to get a ball after a "slow run". She now can choose to go after one and actually be able to stop without falling. Dr. Benbow treats us with no rush, explains everything about my dog's condition, and always answers any and all little questions I might have with thoughtfulness and genuine care. The whole staff is really caring and kind. The acupuncture sessions for my dog is like a SPA treatment, she loves all the attention! There's a good energy in this clinic that I love!

I was able to make a last minute appointment for Luigi when his eye was infected. Dr. Newman and staff were very attentive and comforting while diagnosing and treating his ocular ulcer. Now we are on the road to recovery! Thank you so much !!
